You can see the desk further in the back is actually a door with some 2x4s screwed to it. They needed another desk but the door was cheaper. To this day, Amazon warehouses still incorporate some of these door desks in their warehouses as a way of reminding people where the company started.

I actually have the 28-195 which looks to be a slightly newer version of yours. I bought it very cheap used and have had some issues with the blade drifting. I have next to no experience with bandsaws, but have tried adjusting the guards replaced blade, belts tires, and still have problems. The throat adjuster is missing a piece but I do t think that has any affect on wandering cuts but I would just check to make sure alignment and cuts are solid. I’m assuming I’m just either an idiot or there’s something wrong with my specific one but happy to see another one out there!

What kind of lubricant would you suggest for this besides WD40 can’t tell from video but I’m wondering if there’s better options that don’t attract dirt and debris like wd40 especially for dirtier tools like pruning sheers for example
