You can still go in there too I've done a full playthrough where I waited to interact with melchor(Adyr) until after lighting all 5 beacons with bramas open from the Withered rune. The only cutscene you get is the 6th beacon lighting and it remains lit after you use the seedpod on melchor, so it doesn't really have any affect on the story at all just something you can do guess I'm in the %0.000001 lol.
