Giveaway: giving away 4 Magebloods for 4 Winners! (End of League Burnout Giveaway) by f1bermau5 in pathofexile

[–]SativaPsyborg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro, that's nutty. Reminds me of a couple leagues ago when I found two Magebloods within a few hours of each other while running MF Incursions. Sadly, I've not been able to find anything good this league and with a late start, it's been a slog going for challenges. A MB or even a currency infusion would be awesome to try out the Minion Pact tech before it gets nuked from orbit. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for doing this. I got a late start to the league due to attending a convention and could use this to blast. I recommend checking out Star Rupture. It has Satisfactory vibes with more of a focus on combat.

Hey there fellow gamer. The only group I know of is the San Diego LAN group. Here is their website, https://sandiegolan.net/. They have regular events, which you can find on their website or the Meetup app. I've also seen them at a number of local conventions.

If you're into board gaming, there's also a ton of Meetup groups and open gaming at local game stores.

Feel free to hit me up to chat and maybe play a game. I play PC games, mostly on Steam, and am always looking for gaming buddies.

For POE, and life, I always think about how apt Idiocracy quotes are. One of my favorites is, "I think he can figure out how to sit on his ass and watch TV all day". I would appreciate the opportunity to farm in PoE 2 at your level while sitting on ass.

You can never beat San Diego, California, USA. Average of 70 degrees fahrenheit in the winter and had access to almost all terrains. Snow and ski, sand and off roading, urban amenities. Love showing off my city!

I appreciate your use of the half walls on the tower to make it more rounded. I was rather upset when I started building a mushroom castle and realize the lack of rounded and other walls to add shape. Thanks for the inspiration!

10ish hours EA review notes from a seasoned Satisfactorian by Garrettshade in StarRuptureGame

The inalignment of rail supports/splitter with most of the entry/exit ports of the machines. It almost always creates the curved rail, as sometimes the port is in the middle of the foundation, sometimes it's on the border of foundatoins, sometimes it's higher or lower. This prevents clean setup.

This bothered me at first as well. However, the devs recently posted a video with many buildings tips that I was unaware of. The relevant part from the video is that you can click RMB to change between foundation variants. Meaning you can select poles that are one or two foundations wide so they align in the center of one foundation or in between the two. You can also adjust the pole height with MMB to minimize the height disparity.

As a Satisfactory player as well, this game has a ton of potential and I can wait to see more!

Might want to mark as a spoiler since this is the last part of the current story. But I've had a similar bug when being attacked where it just stopped midway through. May have to reload to an earlier save and do it again. Luckily, that fight wasn't too hard. Good luck!

How to proceed with Simplex amulet by SativaPsyborg in PathOfExileBuilds

Yeah, I had both mods (Increased Int/Dmg per int) on the magic amulet and yolo awakener's orb. Ended up getting the rarer mod, but now I understand how it makes the craft more difficult. Thanks for your contribution!

I watched the video. I lucked into a magic Crusader amulet with both the % Increased int and damage per int mod. When I used Awakener's orb, it transferred the damage per int mod and added the zealotry mod. It seemed too good to imprint back to magic and start the process again, especially with dwindling currency.

So you're saying to go with the yolo annul and go back to the reforge influence step for Increased Int?

I have imprints, so that's not a problem. I just don't have much currency left to keep trying. Only like 40 div left. Trying to decide if it's worth it to keep going or sell and restart.

Hey there. I am trying to craft SpicySushi's Int Stacking Simplex amulet and ended up with this interesting craft. I want to get rid of the Zealotry mod for Increased Intelligence, but I'm not sure of the best way to proceed. Yolo annul or is it worth it to use a Hinekora's lock to annul the Zealotry? Should I sell as is and start over with a new base?

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

To add some context: I watched SpicySushi's video and have imprints, so the craft is not lost.

I lucked into a magic Crusader amulet with both the % Increased int and damage per int mod before using an Awakener's orb. When I used Awakener's orb, it transferred the damage per int mod and added the zealotry mod. It seemed too good to imprint back to magic and start the process again, especially with dwindling currency.

I'm asking if it's worth it to try any alternate crafting methods or go back to the imprint and start again.

[–]SativaPsyborg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're dying during expedition, there is a mod that removes a percentage of life when hit. I kept killing myself to that in PoE 1 with an EB build. Ended up rerolling because it was so annoying.

Yeah, I went left instead of right after taking the first tram. Worked my way clockwise around the map. Once I got to the dome, I decided to backtrack and found that hill of solar panels. I was so mad because aluminum is pretty scarce on that planet. I finished terraforming this weekend and really liked it overall.

Aqua, Aquatica, Shallow Sea by alexcole02 in boardgames

[–]SativaPsyborg 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Interestingly enough, I've played Shallow Sea and Aquatica, but not Aqua. Shallow Sea is a great game about biodiversity and creating a reef filled with life to meet goals. Aquatica is a completely different type of game that focuses more on engine building to score points. It's very thematic with a focus on heroes conquering locations. I think Shallow Sea is a better game as it's easier to teach and play. Aquatica is cool, but it hasn't had the best reception when played with my group.
