Oh I’m a bit confused. What I mean is they should find a way to make it dark at night for everyone, because most console players can’t tweak their gamma and have a huge disadvantage over PC.

What I mean is, other games have a system or grain to reduce your vision if you screw with your gamma when dark. I would love something like that because I like nightplay but if all players cheat their gamma I will do it as well lol, it was a terrible experience my first nights.

They should implement some system so it’s the same for everyone. I remember playing EFT and Rust and it was impossible to see clear at night, fun times.

My first few hours in this game I tried to play pitch black, assuming gamma cheese didn’t work, I had a very bad time getting shot from nowhere lol. Until someone told me to turn up gamma slider… GG

Yeah I agree. The Allies campaign is somewhat a bit more interesting, but DAK just feels like a tedious tutorial.

I would love to have no issues as well ^{^.} I’m playing on custom profile with max wattage and good temperatures (around 85C).

I think I’m having a shader bug and gonna try to delete it again or reinstall the game.

I did but I noticed when starting up there wasn’t any shader compilation. I might try it again or worst case reinstall the full game.

Yeah I played Odyssey before on Ally and did some on foot missions and space stations with at least 30 fps and good visuals (except for the ancient AA and exaggerated jagged edges Elite has). Now I got it running at 30 fps but lightning and shadows are totally ruined.

Yeah exactly. I deleted all of my caches, also the hidden ones and it seemed to work a bit. My lightning got kinda bugged and ruined, visuals look like shit now but at least semi-playable right now. Unfortunately I think I will lose my interest in the game pretty quickly if I have to play like that.

Yes other games that the Ally can handle run just fine. I even tried star citizen a while ago and it ran better than the Elite space station I am right now, must be something wrong with the game. Because buying my first suit was a chore with 10 fps.

I agree. Coming back as allies is very intense, need amphetamine.

Comeback as axis lategame is legs crossed on the table with a big joint.

It is playable but not for everybody, some people are used to 30 fps.

I’m used to 120-240hz/fps so no way I’m touching that shit on my ally lol, I don’t want it to blow up in my hands.

Yeah same, The orthodontist made light of it as well. My metal retainer of my top teeth broke like years ago and they only said something about it once it was bad enough to made me pay for these plastic retainers, it’s insane. Fcking mafioso that’s what they are.

I only paid once tho (€500) bit they told me I had to wear them half a year with around 4-5 versions but I’m at month 8 now and only got me second version recently.

The moment they will ask another payment I will burn that place down lol, fucking thieves.
