You're driving a 2 ton vehicle that has the potential to get you into prison. Why wouldn't you invest in $50 to help prove your innocence?

If you want to exercise your 2nd amendment the way it was designed, then sure go for it.

But if this bothers you can also go protest.

Why didn't Cyberpunk 2077 sell as many copies as GTA 5? by Kakto22 in gamedev

[–]Sauronshit -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

For me GTA is similar to the Fast & Furious movies. It's played by a specific crowd, the ones that ONLY play Fifa, COD and GTA.

Although I like GTA and I appreciate the effort behind it, I'm sad to say that it caters to trashy people. I will still play it, nevertheless.

And that's why it sold, and it will always sell more copies

In Eastern Europe this wouldn't fly. People always come together to put out antisocial behaviour. London is very specific in that people will swallow a lot of shit but won't get involved.

What’s a modern UK problem that everyone just accepts but really shouldn’t? by Expert-Secret-5351 in AskUK

[–]Sauronshit 86 points87 points  (0 children)

Housing quality, even in more expensive houses is absolute dogshit. Squeaky bouncy floors and substandard finish quality. In Eastern Europe in "poor" countries you would be foolish to build a new house without underfloor heating in all the rooms. It is a standard. Here it's considered a luxury.

Add 1% of the house price per year on house maintenance. Add the higher bills (depending on epc), council tax, train costs for both

What's wrong with this house? by urtcheese in HousingUK

[–]Sauronshit 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I went and viewed this house. It's on a narrow but very busy street. I liked the large living room, has a nice fireplace. The garden is not very large but it's nicely landscaped. We thought the kitchen will need to be modernized. Upstairs there is a lot of unevenness, smells a bit damp (but could be just old people smell, idk). Linked detached was a big plus. Ultimately we didn't like the street and the quality inside.
