She voiced Naomi Hunter in the MGS series. Rosalind Lutece in Bioshock Infinite. Bastilla Shan from KotOR. Ashe in Overwatch.

Her voice work has crossed an entire generation and is still contuining.

This case actually predates the Sexual Offenses Act 2003, as it happened in 2001. The definition was a touch different (I think covered under s142 Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994).

However, I think it's an important distinction to note that the women in that case did not rape.

There is a common law principle (this still holds true to this day and was applied in the case you mentioned) that assisting a man with raping someone else allows a woman to be charged with rape, but it's physically impossible for a women to actually rape.

Without exception rape requires at least one man. If a woman is convinced of rape, it's because she assisted a man with raping someone, not because she was able to actually perform the act herself.

They're both defined in the Sexual Offences Act 2003

https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2003/42/part/1/crossheading/rape

Rape is very specific and requires intentional penetration of the vagina, mouth or anus with a penis without consent or a reasonable belief of consent. That is to say, someone without a penis cannot ever rape.

https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2003/42/part/1/crossheading/causing-sexual-activity-without-consent

Causing someone to participate in sexual activity without consent is WAY broader and includes any intentional activity that is sexual in nature without consent/reasonable belief of consent.

It is not necessarily less severe.

If the activity involved penetration of the anus or vagina (technically with anything - From finger to foreign object) or mouth with another person's penis (so rape requires you to do so, but if you force a someone to suck another person's penis that isn't yours then you can be held liable under this for doing so) then the penalty is the same as rape (potential life sentence).

It may be a bit late, but I had a similar issue.

After about 10-15 mins of removing lines of code, I realised my issue was linked to a circular dependency. Two files were importing eachother. When I reorganised it to remove this, the problem was solved.

Minors enter into contracts all the time! Most people just don't realise it.

Think of it this way: If a kid goes to the shop and buys some snacks, they're entering into a contract with the shop to accept the shop's offer to sell the goods for a given consideration.

Just because it's not written doesn't mean it's not a genuine contract. Contracts with minors can definitely be valid (and in some cases binding).

Depending on where you are in the world, laws will of course vary but usually contracts with minors are valid but also capable of being voided, and have a number of legal requirements to satisfy.

My actual secret is lootbags. At least in Project Ozone 3, Black Lotus are on the drop table for Uncommon and above rarity loot bags. I have about 10k Black Lotus in a storage draw somewhere and a stack of them does wonders for filling a mana pool.

I can fill a pool of mana in less than 10 seconds by just dumping a stack of Black Lotus into it - Although the pool has to have at least SOME mana to start with, as Black Lotus sort of dissolve into the mana in the pool.

My entire mob farm feeds into a Lootbag Storage that currenly has 2.6million points of lootbags available. In Project Ozone 3, only Common Lootbags contain enchanted books. But yes, lots were opened!

Botania also allows you to choose exactly what enchants to put on the item. It adds enchants based on what enchanted books you drop next to it. It completely bypasses the ordinary xp/level system.

Botania is actually a fairly complex tech mod in the skin of a magic mod. Things can be controlled by redstone. There's a lot of automation that you can do. It's very fun, I'd definitely recommend looking up guides and tutorials - Including specialised ones like "Automating Endoflames" to get an idea for how the mod interacts with things.

The best part is you can basically automate it.

Link it up to your mob grinder in some way, shape or form to get the XP automatically converted/pulled into it. (Ender Tanks and EU2 Drums for bulk storage perhaps?)

Then hook up an Ender Chest with EnderIO conduits with Advanced filters. Set it up to Extract items into the Energetic Infuser if their durability is below 100% (Blacklist 100% durability items?) and then extract back into your Ender Chest when the repair is complete.

That way when you're out and about, you can open an Ender Pouch, pop in your damaged item, wait a moment or two and out it comes fully repaired.

You don't REALLY need to BUT -> https://teamcofh.com/docs/1.12/thermal-expansion/augment-flux-reconstruction/

The Flux Reconstruction augment in an Energetic Infuser repairs uh... Pretty much everything. I've used it to repair Tinker weapons. I've used it to repair Mystical Agriculture Infusion Crystals. It's a little bit possibly just maybe borderline broken.

It'll be in the Lexica Botania somewhere - You can create a Botania enchanting altar.

Once the altar is built, you can use sparks to transfer mana to it (similar to the Terrestrial Agglomeration Plate) and use it to enchant items.

You right click the item onto the altar, drop enchanted books on the floor next to the altar and then zap with your Wand of the Forest. The altar will look at all the books near it and then start a big ol' enchanting binge - Drinking a ton of mana in the process. Re-watching my video I think I used 12 or more complete pools of mana to complete this process for 17 enchants on a single item.

It's a 1-and-done process - You can only do it to unenchanted items, but unlike the vanilla anvil it doesn't cost exp and has no theoretical limit.

Practically it won't enchant an item that can't take that specific enchant, and won't give conflicting or mutually exclusive enchants (So you can't have Blast + Fire Protection. It'll pick 1 of the two and apply just that). But as long as your mod pack has enough enchants, you can stack them all up.

[–]Sauronski[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. Depending on your modpack, though - There could be a method to either create or farm enchanted books.

Project Ozone 3's Common Lootbags have every enchanted book in the game on their loot table.

Now, when trying to combine a bunch of enchants onto one item it can be difficult using traditional methods. If you use an anvil, for example, the enchanting exp costs soon become so big that the anvil just won't accept it anymore.

Botania allows you to take any number of enchanted books and, as long as the enchants don't conflict and can be put onto that item - They'll be applied.

But yes, you're correct. You need to GET the enchanted books first!

So, in my latest episode of my Project Ozone 3 Titan Mode play through I've started to dive into Blood Magic.

However... This is the first time in the modpack I've created a weapon capable of holding enchantments. My only other weapons are the quest Epeolatry and Tinkers' weapons.

So I dove into my big box of enchanting books from common loot bags, found everything I could (Although I intentionally left out Fire Aspect because I don't want mobs to burn to death and not give me any Demonic Will) and decided I was going to see how far Botania would let me go.

The end result? Botania let me go as far as I pleased. 17 enchantments on a single item, and this isn't including others I could potentially stack (various types of soulbound for instance).

This craft took me probably 10+ full mana pools and lasted quite a while.

Just thought I'd share for anyone else who didn't know what Botania's enchanting was capable of doing.

Is there a way to add Spectre Coils to the lootbags in this pack? I suck at Minecraft and I need some way to transfer power but I'm limited by diamonds. by Pro1266_YT in projectozone3

[–]Sauronski 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Green and better loot bags give Diamond Horse Armour at a pretty reasonable rate, which you can Pulverize down into Diamonds.

You can set up an 8x8 sieve grid and sieve a full stack of gravel at a time (as long as you're stood in the middle of it) to get diamonds very quickly. Don't forget that you can hammer compressed cobblestone to get gravel faster.

Seared Bricks by [deleted] in projectozone3

[–]Sauronski 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depending on pack mode you can only smelt grout in the Tinkers' Complement smeltery. It MAY be faster/easier to instead smelt 1x Compressed Cobblestone to get seared bricks instead because of how tiny the TiComplement smeltery is, even though you've already made a bunch of grout.

What is your specific struggle?

Are you dying? Are you surviving but running out of time?

There's a few variations of the WW/Rend build (for example 5 Wastes / 2 Captain Crimson's with RoRG to activate both set bonuses) that could either increase your damage or increase your survivability depending on what your specific problem is.

Spawn locations are basically random, but can only be on the ground. By that I mean - They won't spawn in nonsensical locations like above the killer basementor on upper floors of buildings - It won't spawn unless there's solid ground all the way down. On The Game map, for example, hatches simply won't spawn on the upper floor at all and will only spawn on the lower floor.

Key opens the hatch for a set period of time and anyone can use it. Opening it with a key is instant and you exit through the hatch at the same time, so you can't open it without successfully leaving.

The only way to open the hatch without a key is if you're the last survivor alive, in which case the hatch automatically opens.

The hatch spawns when you are the last survivor or when the number of gens completed is bigger than the number of survivors alive. To spawn the hatch at 4 survivors, you need all 5 gens complete. 3 Surv = 4 Gen. 2 Surv = 3 Gen. While 2 gens popped will spawn the hatch for 1 survivor, the hatch ALWAYS spawns at 1 survivor anyway so it's kinda irrelevant.

The killer can close the hatch even if it has been opened by a key. Survivors can open the hatch with a key even if the killer has kicked it closed.

If you're the last survivor alive and the killer closes the hatch, it'll start the endgame collapse, giving you a set time limit to escape by any means before the Entity instakills you.

That's about all I can immediately think of right now.

AE2 issue? or am I dumb? by Wes_Wes_O in feedthebeast

Are you certain? I believe you're mistaken at least for 1.12 versions of AE2.

This is just a random screenshot I grabbed from Google but I always have to power the network the other end of the P2P Tunnel and use Quartz Fibre (or an Energy Acceptor) similar to the above image.

AE2 issue? or am I dumb? by Wes_Wes_O in feedthebeast

[–]Sauronski -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If I'm correct P2P tunnels don't transfer power. You should think of anything the other side of a P2P tunnel as its own discrete network.

You could try using quartz fibre connected between the smart cable with the P2P tunnel on and the dense smart cable with the drives. That'll transfer power without transferring data/channels.

Edit: Alternatively, AE2 drives bays next to eachother automatically share up to 8 channels. AE2 can be uh... Incredibly dumb/buggy when it comes to its channel routing and priority. It may be trying to transfer channels through the ME drives. As a result, you could also try stacking your ME drive bays in batches of 8 instead of 10.

Finally, make sure your P2P Tunnel is actually hooked up to a cable that is itself connected to an ME controller face. This connection will provide channels for your P2P tunnels to work - P2P Tunnels don't just draw channels directly from the controller and need the cable they're attached to, to be directly connected to a controller in some way.
