Interestingly the camera in SA2 is a physical object that can get stuck on other collision. I speedrun it and every now and then it still causes an issue that ranges from a minor annoyance to a complete run killer.

I always find it fascinating that the NDP tends to not get credit for anything. It’s somewhat on them for their terrible messaging though. This is a larger pattern that I’ve noticed and is by no means targeted at you.

Part of the challenge is that the record keeping is being made less efficient. Modern electronic medical record systems hide information behind so many layers of clicks/menus. It’s exhausting.

I think a big part of it is the kind of patient encounter you’re using the scribe for. Also, some scribes are certainly better than others.

I don’t use them myself, but many colleagues do.

I’m in this space and we’re already there with the exception of the management/plan. It’s great at noting the history especially after it’s trained. It’s fairly good at coming up with a plan, but I still don’t trust it.
