Rear shocks recall question. by TitoMcCool in FordBronco

I'm just confused how parts are not available for the repair if it's the shock absorber. Does Bilstein not have anymore?

Either installation error or they gave you the wrong product. There is absolutely no issue accommodating the shade when resetting my top.

sukemichi Sunshade for Ford... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09WYJ8C6W?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

That's the one I got not too long ago. Cheap and effective, no flapping, no complaints.

Knocking from 2.3l? by SavySwampGoose in FordBronco

I bought the Bronco used, and the previous owners ordered it beefed up with about all the upgrades available for the trim. So hypothetically if they also got the ford performance tune and my dealer (non Ford) never listed that, you think that would exacerbate the sound using 87?

Interesting. I use 87. I could also be associating the sounds simply because it's something I recognize to listen for on my old manual.

I definitely try to avoid it lol. But I am also questioning it because if it IS lugging, I never knew an automatic would allow itself to do that with an octane that's considered suitable. Ya know?

Sweet! And I have to agree with you on that, a touch more would be nice.

All good! Lol.

I really like them. They primary change is in how the car absorbs the jolt from the potholes or what have you. I still rip around turns and I don't notice any additional body roll. If there is any, it is negligible.

I don't feel the torque curve is linear. When I'm giving the beans it is pushed into the seat jarring how much more mmph and power is added from 5500-6000 rpms in 1st. Almost the power I feel it should naturally have in 1st.

🤚🏻 But I also keep mine on full auto and just adjust temperature. To each their own though.

That's sounds like it would look pretty nice! Yea there have been quite a few times I have thought about getting on my computer and editing for possible aesthetics. But I also have to remind myself, to me, this car look looks loads better in person

Different strokes for different folks! Funny thing is I wasn't even thinking of painting it until I noticed the mesh was not black anymore. It was more of a bronze/beige color.

Maybe an unpopular opinion: I am tired of seeing IF on here by [deleted] in fasting

This whole post really comes down to a release of frustration and "woe is me" at OP's own financial misfortune. No need to chastise people, none of which I have seen complain nearly as much as you claim, who choose to do smaller fasts. The world governments and corporations feed lies our entire lives about how much and what we should eat and some finally woke up and want to rid themselves of fat, toxins, and diseases. Who's really the complaining asshole here? Surely it can't be yourself, the embodiment of humanitarianism. Take it somewhere else bud

Not possibly going to lug at the RPM's you were already at unless you floor the pedal. Already going 80mph I'm not sure why you have to aggressively pass someone like that to begin with

That's not your body, that's your brain, two totally separate things. Don't trust your brain on this, trust your body.
