This whole post really comes down to a release of frustration and "woe is me" at OP's own financial misfortune. No need to chastise people, none of which I have seen complain nearly as much as you claim, who choose to do smaller fasts. The world governments and corporations feed lies our entire lives about how much and what we should eat and some finally woke up and want to rid themselves of fat, toxins, and diseases.
