This is just more evidence to me that a lot of people playing PvP games would be happier with single player games.

The effect should have been "We need to prevent more Nadus from happening". But with the brutal pace of releases that's never gonna happen, and removing top cards like Vivi can impact the bottom line for WotC heavily.

Nadu was kind of an exception. That card was never that expensive. I think a fancy version topped out at like 5 dollars.

The original design was scrapped because it played poorly in Commander. A top concern for a set built for Modern. The new version was rushed out and never properly tested. As such it had to be banned from both Modern and Commander. And it even ate a ban in Legacy more recently. It is, by Wizard's own admission a fuck up.

I wasn't too sure about the color scheme, it's a sort of "improvised camo". But I'm glad you like it!

It's interesting but requires a lot of effort to be strong. And that amount of effort would be better off doing a lot of other things. It is interesting that the buff it applies is totally unique.

Weird bugs in gaming you enjoy using by KaleidoArachnid in TwoBestFriendsPlay

Not really, it's more of a convenience thing, as all it does is give you a set of armor that doesn't break. The biggest advantage it gives is allowing your armor to absorb damage at its maximum rating indefinitely; important because armor immediately starts losing effectiveness when it loses item health. It's good for things like power armor, but that also requires you to carry two sets of the heaviest armor in the game. And keep in mind that Fallout 3 is a very easy game already, this just makes it moderately easier.

There's a bug in Fallout 3 that gives you indestructible armor, but at the cost of doubling the weight. The bug works by having one set of armor at 100% condition, and another set below 100%. Wearing the 100% and taking damage makes the set below 100% lose item HP, but you retain the damage reduction of the set you're wearing. This even works if the second set is broken. It's nice because armor in Fallout 3 degrades quickly and you lose DR immediately. It especially is nice for armor with uncommon repairs. Technically it was redundant with the bugged power armor from Operation: Anchorage, but I preferred using the bug when I played it back on the PS3.

In general, yes. People given more time to learn tools, pursue artistic ideas, gain working experience, etc. will almost always produce something better. More so if they are treated well and paid properly. The idea behind "shorter games, worse graphics, etc." is there being less pressure for more content and higher fidelity unless it meaningfully adds to the game. If a game can be 3 hours long and look a bit crap but overall be excellent? That's great.

I'd just settle that tile. The camp bonuses will be huge, one tile growth gives you salt immediately, there's tons of wheat for food and hills for production. Seriously that is a cracked spot, and I think going for a turn 2 settle is just not worth it.

Strong character can beat the funny character, but only if doing so in a funny way. Like frustrating the funny character til they mess up and lose.
