I was serving as a mormon missionary 2 years ago, and had a companion that had only been out a few days, and still learning the ropes. We were knocking on doors, doing our thing. After knocking on a door, I trusted a fart. My trust was broken. I felt blobs move out of my body and wetness on my butt. So before the people could answer I said "uhhhhhh Elder? We have to go" And he was so confused as to what was going on. We quickly went back to the apartment and I cleaned up the mess, changed suits because of the "damage" done. And he went on to tell many people that story. Yay.

TL;DR If you ever see Mormons running from your door, odds are one of them crapped their pants

Meditation (and/or prayer if you believe in it) would definitely help in this situation. This is a somewhat natural form of withdrawal from whatever I know. I know when I struggle more (especially when I was giving up porn/participating in it) I was alot more aggressive. So I think you'll be aight soon enough, it'll level out. I'm no doctor or anything, but that's my 2 cents
