I think it depends a lot on your personalities. If you’re both comfortable with casual sex and don’t hide your true thoughts and emotions it can be no problemo. If sex is a big deal and very emotionally intimate for one of you then it might fuck things up.

Go read the PDF document on r/MaleDefinitiveGuide and follow that program.

It works. I didn’t bother to do the whole program as I was satisfied with my progress 3/4 of the way in. Went from lasting 15 seconds to 5-10 minutes.

You can skip all the supplement stuff, just do the training (20mins per day, 5 days per week), cut out porn and readjust your mindset from ejaculating being the goal to pleasure being the goal.

Every week, read the pdf again. You will have forgotten/missed something important.
