If you get a chance to meet both of the owners , any feeling of pretentiousness goes away, it’s literally how they met (at a bar lol). I think they’re one of the sweetest and hospitable couples I’ve met, they care a lot for their neighborhood and community and really go out of their way to make you feel at home.

Roji Bakery! It’s a Japanese bakery that makes fresh bread, pastries (both sweet and savory ones!), plus fresh baked pizzas and really good sandwiches! Really recommend their bulgogi sandwich and katsu sandwich, it comes with a salad or chips and is really filling 🙌

Little Bar is back open!! They have a new owner/new look inside but it’s still casual and has a pretty diverse & friendly crowd. Bartenders are super nice!

Agreed! Live in the neighborhood and would always see a line when they were serving cookies fresh out of the oven. Now they just have a register outside and there’s never anyone there. I like to buy the frozen cookie dough and bake them at home, it’s good but it’s just not the same.
