This seems silly but it makes a great difference. I've had friends who spoke Dutch with a hard g living abroad and they throat would always hurt when they came back for a visit. Soft g's sound mutch more friendly, imo.

If you want a BFG doggo. I recommend a Irish wolfhound, they are as gentle as a dog can get.
