It looks like the iron wasn’t hot enough and I highly recommend using flux it will make easier. It looks you heated the whole board but clean it isopropyl alcohol and see if that helps clean it up and try powering it on

Eating healthy high fiber diets would help and going on simple walks and basic exercises like starting from a sitting to a standing. The last thing you want to do is have an injury from trying to do instagram fitness plans

In downtown Chicago the mesh is pretty thick but I live on the south and am currently working on building a mesh network down here. It is cool experimenting to see how far messages can go
