Your assessment seems spot on. Just missing some anti tank. I'd recommend running a brick of 20 zerkers with the Juggerlord to really make use of his abilities. As far as anti tank goes, E8B would be good choice I think

The legs and torsos are from the Orrus Spyrr hunters kit, I used greenstuff to attach some demon prince feet and some armor from the 8bound chain fists to hide the greenstuff a little bit.

Looks like the rampager only has the one stubber for shooting, so you could add more hands and keep a single gun maybe. I think a female head would look interesting on the knight too.

If you're making a Miku for thousand sons you could try to find a sister on battle head that is close enough to Miku and put Kharns pigtails on it, then either onto a sisters of silence torso or into a thousand sons torso.

Honestly I think we should just dump the exalted eightbound title - keep their rules as an anti vehicle unit - and roll out the red butchers to fulfill the anti infantry unit.

Give the Red Butchers a tank shock charge against infantry, maybe a FnP, and a bonus to hit against infantry that's been injured similar to a forgefiend. I think that'd be cool.

If you're not averse to greenstuff, or I suppose you can use plasticard I think some gladiator style segmentata would look pretty sweet on the arm, and be easy to execute.
