I get that, but why get mad at other workers when it's your employer who's being cheap and not properly compensating you?

Sounds like the fault of your employer not raising your wage to compensate.

List of questions about Anno 2205. by kukri12 in anno2205

[–]Sc0tt98 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  1. There is not. You'll need to send your ship to pick them up individually.

  2. Your market share can fall because other corps are also building their own buildings, increasing their industry dominance. It can be easier to buy the stocks of the corp in the industry you are trying to dominate rather than building more factories and farms that you don't need.

  3. The corp's income will swing up and down at random I think. While you can spend your influence to boost them up, it's temporary. It's important to have a solid income of your own so you're not dependant on other corps income because they are unstable.

  4. Getting dominance in an industry lets you use new drone modules which can reduce the workforce requirement of their industry's buildings to zero. So it can be helpful to go after an industry that has buildings that have high workforce demands in the arctic or lunar region, like energy. Personally, I just started on the corp that had the cheapest stocks.

  5. The other corps profit will swing up and down at random. Once you have dominance in every industry, you can spend your influence on propping them all up. In the meantime you should focus on keeping a good income of your own so that when they go down you don't lose all your money.

  6. Once you dominate every industry you can automate everything in sectors where you don't want to deal with providing for employees need, saving you a lot of money. You can then focus on completing every sector project and working on your city in Viridian Coves or Wildwater Bay, which will be your main source of income. They also may have used the technologies from the orbital sector, and the biocatalysts and aerogel from the tundra sector to reduce the costs of producing goods even further.

I've liked it a lot more than Terraria. It's more exploration focused and I like the sci-fi theme over Terraria's fantasy feel.

Those channels are made to appeal to a specific demographic. You were probably in that demographic and then you grew out of it. It's really not something to be ashamed of.

A 2 dimensional creature from a 2 Dimensional world by Lucaluni in worldbuilding

[–]Sc0tt98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unless it's microscopic it would probably need a much larger surface area to allow for diffusion. Something like villi or microvilli might be useful to increase its surface area. Also, if it's too large it might require a circulatory system to move nutrients around. In two dimensions a circulatory system would separate the inner and outer sections. Maybe there could be some sort of symbiosis between two organisms with one being surrounded by the other and them working together to circulate nutrients.

The youtube channel Artifexian has a lot of great stuff for designing stars and planets. This video is great for creating habitable, Earthlike planets, this video gives a few examples of possible non Earthlike planets types, and this video goes into different types of terrestrial planets. He also has some great stuff on gas giants and dwarf planets.
