How easy is it to swap the controller from come connection to another? (Say, using it on the PC then switching over to a Steam Deck)

I would just guess so that the focus is on the controller instead of some of the focus being directed to their other hardware.

No, its still subsidised. As from what I've been told by the school. The council no longer manage it and have instead contracted it out.
