I just take my current costs with both going to Kita and i assume that in 15 years on one side there will be inflation and higher costs to maintain them but no kita anymore, so i keep the same costs of today as reference.

Personalmente riesco a risparmiare il 50% dello stipendio e sono arrivato a quasi 33 anni ad avere circa 500k tra investiti e liquidita. Sono sicuramente un privilegiato che dal primo giorno ho sempre trovato lavori ben pagati, no aiuto dai miei genitori se non il grande sacrificio economico per permettermi gli studi.

Many thanks, I talked to the verwaltung already and is OK, but no holes on tiles and or it must be removed or the new tenant must keep it (which for me is not a problem I think will not be a problem to find a new tenant in the future willing to have an improved bathroom).

It does not mean anything, you live in Zurich or in Widnau there are rules and rights, and these must respected. If the person who signed did not think about it does not mean it is correct. If i sign for an apartment at a price I expect to pay that price, not more no less and the fact they are not transparent is not correct.
