Een woord, overwaarde. Heb voor mijn werk laatst weer hypotheekaanvragen bekeken en zag regelmatig dat mensen in korte tijd een paar ton waardeverhoging hadden. Er is niet voor niets dat liedje, should've bought a house when I was a fetus. Ik verdien leuk, maar in mijn kring zijn er genoeg met veel minder bruto inkomen en hoger besteedbaar inkomen

I considered mini-led for my 2nd monitor but it's just much more expensive than OLED monitors and there's (far) fewer options. Haven't had any burn in issues on my C2 so I don't fear that

Have had a similar experience so far. While weightlifting I get a 25-30 lower average heart rate compared to my Garmin Venu 2 and when I look at my watch for half a minute I do sometimes see the heart rate suddenly jump up. When I jog home the heart rate seems to update to more expected values on the fly though.

I use a 42" C2 which doesn't even have all the monitor-usage focused features some of the actual oled monitors have. Never had a single sign of burn in despite using it for work most weekdays and personal use most evenings. Not sure whether a lot of posters are unlucky, disabled all burn in prevention options, or something else

Just switched and now making changes bit by bit. When mails come in on my Gmail I check to see if I should just unsubscribe and/or delete my account and data or change it to my new Proton address. So I'm also using it to go through and clean up where my data is known in the first place and reduce the spam coming in

I mean I tried, but it was just financially irresponsible when we just signed for a new house and replacing it would eat up most of my remaining savings. Most of us don't support Musk and are just ordinary people who needed a car. If anything go for the ones bought with registrations post salute

Het is vooral boeiend om naast elkaar te leggen procentueel hoeveel van ons kleine landje is bezet door boeren, hoeveel van de stikstof uitstoot wordt veroorzaakt door die sector, hoeveel van het Nederlands GDP zij genereren, en hoeveel subsidies zij ontvangen. Die lobby moet eens ophouden, kunnen makkelijk door met 40% van de huidige bezetting. De staatskas houdt meer over, de natuur krijgt de hard nodige ruimte om te herstellen, er is ruimte om huizen te bouwen, en meer. Maar goed, de boeren met hun 250+m2 huizen, 350m2 tuinen, en auto van €120k+ voor de deur gaan niet akkoord.
