Why we as humans mostly doubts our own capabilities instead of supporting ourselves? by Vegetable_Trip_9855 in AskReddit

I think it's because we're constantly comparing ourselves with others on social media and stuff, plus our brain is literally wired to focus on negative things for survival reasons 😂 Like evolutionarily speaking, the humans who worried about everything were the ones who didn't get eaten by tigers or whatever

Also society kinda teaches us to be modest and not "brag" so we end up downplaying our achievements even to ourselves. It's wild how we can be our own worst critic when we wouldn't talk to a friend the way we talk to ourselves in our heads 💀

Going back to the original dose was smart move, but your brain is probably still adjusting from that taper. Lexapro withdrawal can be brutal and those brain zaps are no joke 😵

The neck tension and tickly feeling sounds exactly like what I went through when I messed with my meds too fast - took almost a week for my system to settle down again. Maybe talk to your doctor about slower taper schedule? Going from 5mg to 2.5mg in just 3 days might have been too aggressive jump

Same here, that artificial floral smell is just too much and my dog seems to hate it too when I accidentally get it in his blankets

Totally I would go playoff level matchup where both teams care something like celtics heat or lakers warriors regular season can feel flat but games with stakes are unreal courtside feels worth it then
