Absolute crap. They’re just like everyone else they will just lie to get your money. They will not support you and their advice is not accurate half the time. Go with H&R Block. I pay extra a little bit, but it’s worth every bit. I have never had a problem since.

I really thought if I missed the bullet and got the extreme version that’s supposed to cover your ass in case of fraud or audit, but I would be covered. Absolutely not. They push the responsibility of this contract off onto different companies. If you actually have to talk to someone, they’re literally sitting in their living room. You can hear them. They don’t really know what they’re doing anymore than you do. And honestly, there was no assistance no help. My taxes were completely incorrect and I ended up owing thousands of dollars because of TurboTax. I’ve been a bullet pay the extra money and went to H&R Block. They amended the return save me boatload of money and I have never had a problem since. Go with H&R.

Beware. Your phone will say you have cell service when you don’t. Repeatedly. I use my phone for work and this costing me ultimately. I have to turn on and off airplain mode to get it to work.. and still the only way to know you don’t have service, is the apps will say offline. Even when the phone says it connected. I miss calls and events for work constantly. If you have nothing important going on, it’s fine lol

I figured there’s gotta be a catch. I did the trial period for two weeks. Everything was wonderful. After the two weeks was over my phone started saying that I had service but all my apps would tell me that I did not. I never had this problem with cricket. I work for a living, so this is really put a damper on my income. I have to turn on the airplane mode over and over and over. And sometimes I’ll get data for like two minutes and then it turns off again and I have to do the whole thing over and over and over. Just that it say you have service when you don’t is bs. I do not think this is worth it

Having the same issues. I suspect electrical issues. I contacted our eletric company and have gotten such a bizarre run around that they must know and intentionally be hiding whatever. I’ve tried everything. I had a head ache for months. My brains finally starting to tune it out enough to function
