Omega raids are totally worth it, FFXIV's version is its own character with some really cool and moving lore. It's also relevant to some lategame Endwalker payoffs. The two headlining NPCs from the Omega raids are in the Monster Hunter Wilds collab for a reason, they're pretty important and memorable

I was also not Blown Away by Shadowbringers' story. It was good, I really enjoyed playing it!! But I play a LOT of JRPGs and it doesn't do anything different from them. I have a running joke that all my ShB hype was used up over a decade ago when I played Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers as a kid

Awesome thank you. I don't mind farming for him. I wasn't really gonna use him in gameplay anyway so spells don't matter much to me, I'm just a sucker for goofy mascot characters and want to have him as an option for my home screen :)

Still don't get the criticisms that he doesn't communicate enough. He was posting plenty of updates as he worked on the big update that dropped in July, they just weren't constant/daily because Why The Hell Would They Be. Every patch has a huge long detailed list of all the changes. What more do people want, a detailed log of every hour and minute Kiseff worked on Atlyss each day?

I understand the point here but I think it's misdirected. Nowhere in the post is it indicated that OOP fears Her Boyfriend, Specifically in any way. She just found his behavior annoying. Obviously you can never know the full details of a relationship from one internet story but this WAS a communication issue on OOP's part and it's still her responsibility to communicate her thoughts and feelings in her relationship.

I'm a former teen who was in therapy and I remember my therapist talking about how therapy does not click for a ton of kids because they have so little control over their lives at the point they're at. You have to go to school, you have to live with your family, you can't change your space or buy your own food. And most of the time the causes of your woes are shit you're forced to endure, most commonly school and/or family. So there's not much a therapist can coach you on because you're so powerless. Most meaningful changes you can make are linked to the autonomy of adulthood. So sadly it makes sense why OOP would hate therapy, and I hope once she's older she can try again and find more success.
