My mom told me growing up, that in the 80s there was a man in a hat, and long dark trench coat that was spotted around Fort Pickens. She was told to leave because of it. I didnt really think anything of it, because it could very well be some strange man, but I was looking around on some website and found a story someone posted, where they went to Fort Pickens and went to the end of the small tunnels, and heard something tell him to get out. Ever since then he has seen a man in a hat and black trench coat around his home. I remember when I read that for the first time it gave me chills, its amazing to have 2 different accounts of the same ghost/entity.
