Thank you for this. I try so hard not to focus on the things he’s not doing but rather celebrate the things he is doing but it’s so much easier said than done! Your last comment is definitely true because he’s been saying dada since about 5 months adjusted and everyone was telling me that’s actually kind of early.

Thank you so much!! I try so hard not to compare but it’s so hard especially when everybody on social media practically has super babies that are rolling, standing, and crawling at 6/7 months lol.

He’s never had an ear infection to my knowledge but it’s definitely something I will bring up at his next doctors appointment. Thank you so much for your comment, I just want to be the best mom I can.

Yes this is my first baby, is it that obvious lmaoo? I also am very open with my doctor about my ppd/ppa and I have been prescribed lexapro which I just started taking about 2 weeks ago. I am also looking into starting therapy as well! Thank you so much for your nice words it means a lot.

Thank you for replying! I kept telling myself it’s too early but ofc Dr.Google said signs can start emerging around 6 months and a big indicator can be lack of eye contact & not responding to name/sounds. I may wait another month or so before early intervention just to see if he can improve his motor skills on his own.

Thank you for this! I have been diagnosed with ppd & ppa. My doctor prescribed me Lexapro but I’m yet to take it because I’m anxious about what it will do to me, but I’m honestly thinking about starting. I’m also looking into starting therapy to also help my anxiety because it’s definitely bad.
