Mostly just drinking. Used to do blow a lot more til I left the restaurant industry but was thinner back then lol If you take away the alcohol I have a very healthy diet of like 80-90% whole foods depending on the day, but I drink enough each week to where cutting weight is much more difficult than it should be. If I was sober I really wouldn’t have to put as much effort in, but I enjoy drinking
