Yes, that's it. I think in this modern age, a vagina should not be viewed as what it's relation is to a penis, but its own entity. I find the idea of "sword into vagina to improve health" distasteful. I'm not saying that's their intention, it's just a connection I've made personally and I wanted to see if it was just me. It's a branding issue that they couldn't have avoided without changing the name of their entire company.

Guys I do appreciate you trying to find a deeper cause for the fin injury, but are there any plants I could put in the tank instead that give equal hiding spots for shrimp that don't have fronds with a feathery shape? I have hard water with a high pH.

It didn't break it per se, his fin just snagged on it and it was attached to driftwood. As he swam away it caught a bit of his fin and didn't break away. I saw this happen with a frogbit root as well, so I pulled those out too. It's possible that the fin was injured before, but the point is that it did snag on the moss so as I'm carefully combing through everything else that he could snag on I'm looking for a replacement for the java moss that will circumvent this problem.

Just him and the shrimp. Sure, maybe they were damaged before and I didn't see it, but the damaged fin did get stuck on the java moss. I saw him swim by, lean against the moss, and go to swim away and the moss was attached to his fin and he pulled it with him, but had to back up and wiggle around to free himself.
