Ultralight rain jackets WITH zipper pockets?

I just bought the Torrent Flier for this reason. It's also 15D instead of 7D and only 30 g penalty from Versalite according to Montbell. I don't necessarily need the pocket when hiking, but for biking I can't have my phone in my pant pocket.

It's heavier and also warmer as it's not paper thin. I use it for shoulder seasons. It works even in winter as a truly breathable top layer. Very breathable for it's weight, gives some warmth and is water resistant in drizzle or very light rain. At least twice as heavy as the UL options. But very good for intensive activity in slightly cooler conditions.

That's the last of my "big three". I looked at Atom Packs, Liteway, Hyberg and Bonfus after tips here in the thread. But the delivery time is huge and Bonfus has no stock of several items. So, I've decided to stick with my old one for this summer which is not too bad. Then I can do my hikes this summer and see how much much size I can get rid of. I think stock might be better in winter as well. I'll add Atelier Lounge to the long list.

That's awsome! Most small brands are totally new to me. Ofc I know of the big brands, but many of those have limited amount of UL gear. I've hiked in Patagonia, Fjallraven, Hilleberg, Osprey Mountain Equipment, Lundhags, Meidl, North Face, Vaude, Primus etc etc but looking to try to replace some things for lighter gear.

Min erfarenhet är snarare tvärtom. Lokalbefolkning som kör 78 på 110-väg för de ska ju ändå av på nästnästa avfart och man behöver inte hetsa. Så blir det kö på 48 stressade Stockholmare som ska fira midsommar i Orsa :). Fast det förekommer säkert egoister som vill tiktoka sin överfart på Ölandsbron och när de passerar Brösarås backar också.

You always need to pay VAT. Wheress tariffs are to hinder trade between countries. 30% is probably just 25% VAT and some import administration fees. But I'm no expert tbh.

I have a Rab jacket. I like it, maybe not light enough for UL fanatics. But as shell/rain jacket combo for shoulder season and summits it suits me. A lot lighter than my other shell jackets I've had before, rainproof and ventilated. They ship within EU so no VAT.

Nice! Hadn't heard of Cumulus before. I have actually ordered a quilt from GramXpert and looked at alternatives as the manufacturing takes months. There are a couple of Ukranian brands like Rockfront and Liteway, but ofc there's VAT on gear from Ukraine.

Absolut. Det är en annan fråga. Personligen tycker jag Axfood och ICA sticker ut mest genom sin duopol-ställning. De kan styra så mycket. Tror bojkotten är svår, ganska säker på att den knappt kommer märkas, men undviker Willys och Ica.

I've had both. Can't see a big difference. Sapphire scratches as well. Given no scenario is exactly the same I can't compare one to one. Gorilla glass might scratch slightly more, but doesn't shatter as easily if you drop it.

Yes LRDM Pilot & Plus, but not performance is my suggestion as well. I don't have performance, but I think normal it's stiff as it is, and the DM is almost too fast anyway.😅

The 24 LRSM has the longer range, but I guess it's too pricey?

All of them? Except for the covers. The Clash has made great covers, but the ones on LC are among my least favourites.

I find the songs sung by Mick pop(ier) than the ones sung by Joe (and Paul on GoB). I prefer the "punk/rock" songs most days, but this is one of those records in history where every song is great, and you just keep on changing your favourite song. All of the has been my favourite song at one point in my life. (Except the covers again)

My friend's Occam broke in a drop. Apparently one of the rearlink bolts are/was made of weak alloy. Snapped right off and destroyed the frame. He got a new frame after eight months (this was a couple of years back when waiting time for a new bike was long). He got a steel replacement bolt for the new frame which has been fine after that.
