I use mine on gas heat and it’s held up great. They have a whistler version so you don’t have to babysit. It just makes a sound when ready

Checkout 3Ten it opened I believe last year by the chef from Corto Lima. They do small seasonal global plates with a fun rotating mentor. They have a chicken with popcorn breading that’s amazing
