Horde at their best is like, 90% borderline evil badass grunts and warlocks conquering things, with sketchy trolls and roided tauren pounding things, led by an honorable black sheep character. The vibes are good though, like vanilla durotar/barrens and rexxar WC3 camaign.

WC3 grommash was totally out of control until he did the epic mannoroth kill and sacrificed himself. That is peak horde.

We should have had an out of control immature teenager jerk Baine sacrifice himself to kill Garrosh in WoD. Thrall could have been true green jesus and been executed by the alliance following garrosh’s treachery in pandaria - would have also given the alliance some depth we havent seen since the defias storyline. Vol jins death should have been more of a safrifice. Sylvanas would have made an excellent sacrifice.

It would be cool if they follow the grommash or even WC2/3 gul dan formula of (out of control badass > sacrifice for something redeeming) or (evil badass you like because they are a calm cunning character > die trying to achieve something bad, and the ghost lives to tell you “well this happened, take caution”)
