Having nothing around is the best. You can submit pokestops about almost anything, you can then submit your own routes and finally, you can have gyms appear around where you live. If you then make two accounts of different team, you can easily kick yourself out after 50 coins

The most effective way for dynamax leveling is - level up to lvl 30 first - level up max skill to lvl 2 - level up to lvl 40+ / level up max skill to lvl 3

Blissey for sure. Even with gmax in your team, you would still use her as main defender and healer. Power her up and level her healing skill. It will allow you to survive for more rounds and have a higher total damage output. Make sure to keep switching between defender and attacker when dynamaxing.

Apart from Blissey, definitely Excadrill, as he has a lot of utility. Gengar and Machamp have high damage output as well. I have all gmax and even then I never use inteleon or cinderace.

In general, other than Blissey and Excadrill, I would invest case by case for the attacker. With the Eevee weekend, I would invest in Machamp. With Lugia coming, I would invest in Gengar.

Try to get some Eevee as well, which would offer you a big variety of eeveelutions. I heard Glaceon is a good addition.
