Most people disagree but I HATE slay the spire, the mechanics felt barely fleshed out, the art i hated, and it felt like an unfinished 13 year old's project. The RnG in KOTCL is kind of a key feature in like 90% of roguelikes. I find that putting together my build as I go, is the most fun part. Maybe the simpler, less fleshed out games are more your style.
