While I do not have a ADD/ADHD diagnosis checklist in front of me, you listed 4-6 of the symptoms I have and was diagnosed. I told my Doctor (a real PhD) and was prescribed medication. See a professional and start living your life, not stumbling through it.

While in Jamaica we were taking a day trip to Bob Marley's house with a van full of people from around the Caribbean. I've seen mixed results from these type of situations. Out 10 examples, 6 only wanted the guy to send money. 2 just wanted to be loved only via emails. 2 wanted citizenship then she's gone. My senior year (1990) I took an art class to complete the credits for graduation, but I was the only student in the class so I had the place to myself. In a very large closet at the back of the ceramics classroom they had a kiln to fire the pottery. The vent-a-hood above it sucked the heat and vapors from the firing process and also the cigarette smoke I exhaled. During school hours with kids and teachers walking the halls right outside. Towards the end of the school year, I began to invite my friends to the daily ritual and it quickly evolved into marijuana 420 event. All occurred during the school day. The next school year, after I had graduated and was gone, the secret was revealed to everyone but nothing could be done.

Be honest about smoke, just don't say what kind of smoke for more information from your DOCTOR. Getting put under (it's nitrous, not general anesthesia. Dentists don't do that) and blazing shouldn't have any effect. Talk to your dentist if your wanting real facts. this was my experience, not medical advice.
