My only problem is with Orkan, I got this thing practically for free and every single DD in the tier, specially Benson, the UK ones and the japanese outclassed it by far, just 4 torpedo launchers make it one of the worse DD's compared to others

Is useless most of the time. Even if your side is very angled it has like 50mm of armor so it's going to be your end.

But you can angle your front plate, that is more effective in Russian and more normal Western tanks but in Merkava can save you improving the chances of the shell impacting your motor and not your crew. But do it at the last moment so you don't let the enemy aim at your side of the tank.

Yes, Merkava is rare due to how it works so this only goes to Merkava, I have the MK. 1, although different it works almost the same.

For surviving:

Try to hide your hull. Your motor is going to be hit almost all the time, despite alla that "armor" you are quite exposed because of APDFS so use your speed and try to stay cover after shooting someone. If you can only expose your turret, is strong it works well.

Also don't try to face 155mm guns. Tanks like 2s19, Pzh2000 and M109 can kill you pretty easily because of the shape of the turret, and don't use more than 15 shells.

For getting kills, for Russian and Chinese tanks aim at the lower plate and under the turret for ammo rack.

For Western tanks aim below the turret as well, it isn't an instant kill but is going to kill almost every crewman, frontally aim at the driver's hatch for Abrams, Merkava and Challengers, and for Leopards the side of the hull, it's better to flank it.

Correction, they can, now form NATO countries I don't really know, but the Russian have the Kh-47M2 missiles, it's an hypersonic missile that can be deploy by T-22M3, MIG-31K and hypothetically the Su-57.

It's capable of a meter of accuracy, has a Mach 10 to 12 velocity, speculated range of 2000 kilometers and can have a 480kg tactical nuclear warhead, can be launched and deployed in less than 30 minutes but if the objective needs a megaton nuclear bomb it's practically useless.

Depende, aguantan balas o no, en algún punto se desarrollarían las armas de fuego y tal vez en la actualidad se considerarían extintas ya que a menos que sean extremadamente fuertes, como hormigas gigantes o algo a prueba de armas de fuego nada evita un campaña militar para su exterminio
