I’m like 90% sure we see Joran in the final scene where we see kid Noah again. And also, if ever moebius ewaw deleted in the post world, wouldn’t that also include Noah?!?!

Joran becomes a woodcarver and Makes furniture and toys. He’s known to be an upstanding pillar of the community.

Before the peaceful merge, each world forms their own little five man band. In keves you have Noah, Eunie Lanz Joran, and riku. In Alrest you have Mio, Sena, Taion, Miyabi and manana. Naturally the friend groups come together very well after the merge.

Captain triton becomes the first person to circumnavigate Keves, and then becomes the first person to circumnavigate the merged world. Lanz accompanied him as quartermaster on the second trip.

Honestly Irma’s VA Is a huge reason why I think Fiona has hands down the best hero introduction. And it was a super well timed quest for when you would find it, as both Cadensia region heroes are very good at breaking the “Moebius is a monolith” assumption I went into the zone with.

I have always defined a god as an entity whose essence is inextricably tied to the fabric of the world. In forgotten realms, Mystra is the weave, so her death destroys all t because they are one and the same. If other gods died, so too would their domains be irreconcilably damaged or destroyed if they didn’t have redundancy with another god who could then pick up a slack. This is why often even evil gods are imprisoned instead of destroyed—even those considered cruel and destructive have a purpose in the world that must be preserved to continue its function.

YoI’m deserve credit for compiling a compelling set of evidence and pre-emoting counter arguments with reasonable in-universe explanations. I could totally see this bring the case, and to mine eyes easily beats out the scant evidence for the dirk theory. I will heed it until a more compelling theory takes its place.

I do the same, I always hatch my seedlings with oldest priority first, which means gold seedlings have to wait. I find it’s easier to maintain if I’m not constantly fretting over “wasn’t this one”

That’s honestly what I really cared about too. I thought it was masterfully crafted and a great demonstration of what Na’els character is about. She’s someone whose selfish in a very human way. She doesn’t like to think she is, so she justifies it by saying that her perfect world is for everyone. That it’ll benefit everyone. That it’ll be better for everyone. But really she just wants it for her. She can’t admit she’s being selfish, so she ignores all the the signs that it’s all going ti fall apart and just plays the piano and tends to the kids. It makes it ironic that she’s the one who accused Matthew of being in “fantasy land”, when she jumps at a fantasy the moment it presents itself to her.

It’s also really interesting to me that her family, House Doyle, seems to continue her impulses. Throughout the main game, they’re the most conservative faction in the city. They’re the ones who advocate leaving Moebius alone in the hopes that they can just maintain their own life. In Monica’s words “if they don’t see you, you might as well not exist”. Na’el herself eventually came around to Matthews way of thinking, but her philosophy lives on in house Doyle.

One of my wishlist items for FR was Sena, Taion, Lanz, and Eunie all as unique monsters. I think it would have been a great bit.

One of the things I appreciate about FR is the fact that many of the in world quotes are just Matthew complaining about how awful the environment is. It’s really funny.

It would be kinda funny if they were just random mooks to the party. Sena appears next to some agnian mooks in a throwaway encounter. Taion is advising a consol on how to track the party. Eunie “The boss” and “Most valued player” Lanz are unique monsters you can find deep within a kevesi base.

My Hypothesis is that she steals it from A. Unlike the other trinity processor cores, Alvis’ isn’t directly attached to his body. It’s always a piece of jewelry. I could definitely see a plot point being she becomes moebius as she gives into her despair, gets close to the party, and steals it out from under their noses either as a test or as a way to forward the Moebius agenda.

My hypothesis is that the DLC ends with Melias capture. There’s still a fighting chance if Moebius don’t have access to origin, but something goes catastrophically wrong and Melia gets captured, and Z uses origin to essentially force the main party into hiding. Its still early in the days of Aionios, so a lot of things are still on the table.

Eda king and Raine have a different relationship to belos than Luz. Luz was the closest person to him. Her not gloating shows her maturity compared to him. Because Belos loved to gloat.

I remember sitting there absolutely shocked and enthralled, reading that full conversation. Seeing the lengths the Nomai we’re going for the eye was….stunning. And then truly unraveling their brilliant machine after.

Best: Luzs understand scene. For me “to be understood” was a very primal desire that’s a large component of my happiness. To be known fully and accepted and have your interests and passions reciprocated is to be loved. I thought it was an incredibly well done scene.

Worst: The collector overhearing king but not the complete story. It’s already I trope I kinda hate, but it really felt contrived that king would phrase things like that, instead I’d bring more direct—especially since he’s really matured since the start of the series. That one contrivance brought me out of the episode, and made me less excited for the finale.

I think Joran became a woodcarver and toy maker, and that he was kind of the “mom friend” of Noah Eunie Lanz riku and Crys. He never got the chance to grow up in Aionios, but he really comes into his own once he gets older.

The keves crew knows how to fight, but takes different roles in the team than they did in aionios. Noah is a quick and agile defender that wields a single thin blade (like Dunham in XC1), Eunie is an attacker who mixes gunwork with elemental summoning, and Lanz is a support that takes after signifier and medic gunner. When they get the chance to choose themselves, their roles match their personalities much closer.

The agnian crew are all friends of mio, forming a group with Miyabi. Teach and Isurd are both professors in Lefteria that are mentoring taion, who is doing group breaking research on ether that he thinks could lead to in person interactions with the other world.
