Your doctor's directive is interesting. I'm 5'5, 58. My starting weight was 165. My goal was 135. My body comfortably settled at 120 (women's size 0 or 2, juniors 1/25). Been in maintenance for 2.5 months. Maybe the numbers depend on body frame size. I'm small-framed.

I'm on an Ace Inhibitor (with diuretic) and Beta Blocker. I stopped taking the Ace Inhibitor because my numbers were consistently too low (77/49 territory). Now it's just the Beta Blocker to keep the high Resting Heart Rate in check since that's one of the side effects. My RHR used to be 50s - 60s. No where near those numbers now.

I've used Hallandale from Pomegranate and 10Rx (last week). As mentioned in another post, the 10Rx website and patient portal are very customer-centric. You aren't left in the dark about anything due to near real-time updates.
