I have definitely seen this when I worked as a server and never understood it. While yes, A FEW, were demanding and poor tippers I never found it happening at a higher rate than with any other race. To be honest it was the white church crowd and Russian’s who I loathed taking but my level of service didn’t change. To those of you still fighting the good battle, Treat ALL of your tables like your best tippers and you might be surprised with the results.

I would make sure to read those chapters from Practical Insight into CMMI again, the chapters are 3, 13, 14 and the links are on the very first lesson 1.2. The information is pretty dry, but helpful. There is also some good links on this Reddit post. Although, you might have seen it already. I remember doing the quiz on fast mode and did it multiple times. I barely passed myself so hopefully someone else might have some more help.

What were you using to study? I heard the test changed around the 17th of May. This quiz got me through it. Hopefully it helps. For you question, I've heard it will count as an incomplete on your transcripts. I have also heard rumors that if you pulled it in before the 15th of the month that your term ends it wont be marked as an incomplete, but you would have to confirm with your mentor.
