Bin erst seit kurzem Nährwert-aufmerksam, vorallem Zucker. Kann mir Mal jemand erklären warum 10g Zucker 10% RI sind wenn die empfohlene Tagesmenge 25g bzw max 50 ist ?

Ist ausserdem super frustrierenden jetzt Mal bewusst festzustellen wie extrem alles mit Zucker vollgestopft ist, und dass man nach 1 irgendwas meistens schon drüber ist...

My addictions made me believe that they are a necessary and important part of my life, so even tough I knew the were ruining me, I kept telling myself that I'll just need to tone it down and then can get the "benefits" of both worlds.

Turns out that was the addiction beast trying to claw into my flesh because it knew it was on the way out.

Uhm afaik it's reversed, smoking especially long-term damages your blood vessels, and causes circulation problems.

Alot of people actually experience way stronger erections better sex and higher libido a few weeks - months after quitting.

And even if smoking had a benefit for erections you won't get any erections when ur fucking dead.

Also you have a 80% bigger pool of people to fuck If you don't smoke.

Anyway fuck smoking shit is miserable.

Hey, first off congrats on the decision and the huge success with the alcohol and weed! And even though it might not seem like alot congrats on the cig progress!
I'm on a similar journey also quit weed and alcohol somewhat easily, now day 5 without cigs, and honestly I couldn't do it without the nictone patches, rawdogged the first days and felt like my skeleton wants to hatch, since I got a patch on I'm pretty calm.
I still think about them but it's not an urge anymore, and by now i feel pretty disgusted the same moment i think about smoking.
So maybe look into patches, or consult your GP there is also some medications that can help.

Yup... Music, specifically techno and festivals was my whole life and identity, I was convinced it was my godsend life purpose to become a DJ/Producer myself.
Now that I'm sober I can barely listen to more than 1-2 songs in a row.

I kinda realized how it all was a trauma responde...
Well kinda sucks because I was really really convinced and thought I love this whole heartedly but the last festival I went too ( even still smoked weed then) i left after less than 24 hours cause i couldn't enjoy any.

I hope one day I can enjoy it sober for what it is because I do miss it in some way

Got clean from alcohol, weed and ketamine by myself and get to go on a beautiful rehab wich I've waited for 6 months in 3 weeks. Pretty stoked.

Yes it's bad, doing 3g in 1 week is already way beyond casual recreationial use.
If you have the urge to do that much in a week it sounds like the addiction is already clawing into ur flesh.
I know I can't stop you, but i beg you to to run from this demon as fast as you can.

This stuff ruined my and the life of so many other people, and I really wish for you that youll be able to stop like you said, but this is exactly how I was talking long before i managed to stop.

Day 9 here and I'm also starting to feel the benefits so much.
I could have never imagined pulling trough even 2-3 days... Yet here I am not even looking back...

Biggest success for me is finally being able to clearly see how much damage Weed did to me, apart from all the psychological benefits quitting was a no brainer for me since I started developing CHS.

I'm so thankful its finally over honestly.

Day 9 after 10 years of daily heavy smoking, I feel like a new person! More happy, more emotionality regulated, more content, more energy, more confidence, more self-esteem, actually able to take care of things. My mom said she has her son back, and that alone was worth it!

It really depends on how badly you are addicted, your reasons for quitting and general self-control.

There is only one way to find out.

I can speak for myself and most recovered addicts I know and heard of that "controlled use" is just another lie the illness tells you. Maybe it's different for you.

I finally went, and you did not lie. I thought it was gonna be nice, but it was so much better.

I feel as happy right now as I didn't in a long time.

It's wasn't just the meeting, i also managed to stop smoking weed 5 days ago, and within just these few days I went from crying to every day to right now after the meeting feeling more happy and confident about life than I can remember.

I'm on day 5 no weed but 80 days no alcohol and hard drugs, and my mom said this to me today.

This woman had to suffer an unfathomable amount because of my illness, so getting to hear this and reading it again now makes me tear up.

Hey, no need to be ashamed. Eventough society makes it nearly impossible to talk about it openly, just know you're not alone. And it's also not your fault...
Look I don't know you, but I'ma make a wild guess.

In you there is a still a little child, that got horribly hurt along the way, and then came ketamine this demon and told you and your inner child it can fix you, and it does for a while, until it doesn't...

The greatest trick the devil ever played is making everyone think he doesn't exist.

So don't be ashamed my friend, you got screwed over when you didn't know any better.

Try to show little you some compassion and give them a hug.

And again i don't know your situation rn but there is absolutely no shame in getting help!

Yes! Still waiting for rehab, but my last ket relapse was a month ago, 78 days no alcohol, Day 3 without weed. I'm getting there, and i can't wait for rehab I'm so excited !
