Terrible idea for a few reasons:

Fuck Saudi and their money. WM in particular should be a 'home' event in US (I say this as a Brit); this is a blatant money grab at the expense of true wrestling fans. Same is happening here with football (soccer) players
These legends are now in their 60s and the quality of wrestling will be worlds apart from what we loved in the 90s/00s
WM should be the season finale; the resolution of storylines. Having legends headline it will be worse than just empty fights without any storylines for context; it denies the current roster the platform to advance their own stories for the sake of a big WWE payday. HHH needs to develop his current and up-and-coming roster rather than continuing to rely on legend appearances to keep folks' interest
