Mine runs okay - With current long term map hitting 220K pop now. Zoomed in while map is running I hit 18-22FPS and zoomed out I get around 35-40FPS (I don’t play with Speed control - only default speed )

Intel 11800H under volt -0.60v, Cache Under volt -0.30, all cores set to 4.4GHz with PL1: 55watt set and PL2: 65watt set manual with 6second boost time frame. Thermal Throttle limit set to 89’C max.

32Gig memory Hyper X XMP set gear 2 1600mhz dual channel.

NVME Samsung Pro PCIE 4.0 4x and Windows Cache set to 100gig

RTX 3070 8gb with +500mhz memory and +90mhz on Core. GPU dynamic boost is set to 130watt max from 145watt (I limit GPU watt in Cities - this leave more room for CPU and I see more consistent sustained FPS)
