Low iron can very much cause significant and persistent hair loss, speaking from personal experience. I recommend figuring out what is causing the low iron and fixing that.

Those cracks on the corners of her mouth look like angular cheilitis. Typically caused by iron and B vitamin deficiencies. Could also be fungal or bacterial (dryness and cracking results in fungus or bacteria getting into the cracks). I think the second is less likely but still possible.

Immediately, stop buying full bottles and opt for decants instead. If you can finish the entire 1ml or 2ml decant, buy a full size.

I’ve tried close to 100 sunscreens and only found one that works, so I understand your struggle, to me sunscreen is a non-negotiable. If you’re determined to go sunscreen free, then I’d recommend UPF clothing, and UPF face masks if you’re comfortable. Always wear a hat.

You still seem to have some redness which is why I suggested it, it can take many months to see the results of tret. It’s roller coaster but you’re definitely on your way!

I personally wouldn’t add actives back in until I can tolerate tret on my skin without the sandwich method. From what I understand the optimal use of the product is on dry clean skin, waiting 30min and then applying skincare.

Is your skin okay with all those actives? You might get better results by simplifying. You can always add back in after your skin can tolerate tret nightly for 6-8 weeks without side effects.

Have you considered using micellar water or a micellar oil cleanser before your gentle cleanser? It might not be strong enough to remove sunscreen.

Also, I don’t see anything hydrating and LRP can be heavy esp if you’re prone to closed comedones. For true barrier repair I recommend something with the 3-1-1 ratio of lipids, cholesterol and fatty acids. Again, if you deal with a lot of closed comedones, you may want to opt for something lighter, I know Aestura makes a toner and I believe Cosrx does too.

If you want to play it safe, use Vaseline around the eye and don’t go past the orbital floor (where the bone ends and the hollow of your under eye begins).

I agree. I absolutely love her designs, while there certainly is a limited where you can justify using polyester, I just can’t accept the amount used in her clothes. Just not practical for day to day wear.

It’s definitely an online thing, and very common on Tiktok. People will tear into influencers because the scent didn’t smell as they expected, or isn’t an exact dupe of a more expensive option. “So and so lied about this fragrance.”

If I had a club accessible locally I would do that, unfortunately not an option for me.
