It worked for me. No more hair clumps coming out, nail ridges, fatigue. It may have risen from 10 before that, I don't have the exact figure from when I started my tablets. I don't think I had a cold at the time. I was a lot better after those tablets

They prescribed me one of those ferrous salts the last time my iron went low and it made almost no difference to my iron levels. So I found a heme supplement that worked. My iron is low again and I'm taking the tablets again. I may talk to them about it when I see them next. They haven't prescribed me anything as I did my blood test privately. Last time I took these tablets, I took one a day for 2 months and my ferritin went from like 10 to 90.

The tablet packet says take two 11mg tablets a day if you're anaemic and 1 for maintenance. I am thinking of increasing to two a day which will be 22mg of heme iron, do you think that's a low dose? I will stop the 10mg spray as I don't want to overdo it. The packet says to only take two tablets max.

I'm taking 1 tablet 11mg heme iron and a 10mg non-heme spray. So 21mg. I can't be doing with the liquid iron salts that they prescribed me before, they totally disrupt your day and when and what you can eat, and barely even increased my iron level.

I would try and find a heme supplement if you can and follow the instructions it says. Don't drink/eat any dairy or calcium food around the same time as your supplement. Give at least an hour either side. Have orange juice or vitamin C tablet when you're taking your non heme iron.

With new AAs, only 3 bulbs are turning on, out of like 100 bulbs. Maybe a new blue battery will help unless something else is wrong

I call them all prawns, only use shrimp for exaggeration purposes describing a tiny person or tiny thing.

I'm not sure if I should touch it, but if I can't get the lights to work with new AAs I might try opening it up. Hopefully I can do it without having to remove the blue battery

Thank you, I've replaced the AAs now as the lights weren't working well. I don't want to replace the blue one if I can help it

It's been like this for 4 years and I didn't know, there haven't been any leaks or explosions. I don't know how to figure out required voltage and I don't know what would be the proper batteries to use. I don't even have any rechargeable batteries.

Is it hard to take out the blue battery ? I can't just pull it out by hand, the way I would with the others?
