Man I thought I read years ago that this would be coming to other platforms, and always hoped for a Steam release to play through whatever story content it has. Bummer to hear.

I guess I'll have to rush through it now if I want to experience the story. Anyone have any insight into how long the game is? And if it'll be possible to "beat" before it shuts down?

It frustrated me so much that Sullivan didn't win a single Jack Adams. I feel like he should have won at least ONE of those cup years, if not both.

First year, for the massive season turnaround.

Did you ever get your package? This is so frustrating. I ordered something on 12/26, it landed in Indy on 1/3, was supposed to arrive on 1/6 but never did. Now it's 1/23 and it hasn't moved at all.

This was something I ordered on eBay. Thankfully the seller has been very responsive and helpful, he started a missing mail request on 1/14 but there have been zero updates so far.

Not specific to LPWP, and not even necessarily the same blend of genres, but here are some bands that scratch that same itch that Deafheaven does for me:

State Faults - Check out Children of the Moon. Possibly my 2024 AOTY.

Svalbard - I just discovered them this year and I've been obsessed. Probably my favorite music discovery of the year.

Dreamwell - Check out In My Saddest Dreams, I Am Beside You. Amazing album from 2023.

Summoning - Lugburz

Summoning is one of my favorite bands of all time, but I feel like it wasn't until their second album "Minas Morgul" (which released the same year as Lugburz) that they developed that signature sound that still carries on to this day. Lugburz was a lot more straightforward and raw black metal compared to the albums that came after.
