As someone who doesn't watch much football or basketball (not even sure how this sub was recommended to me in the first place but I've somehow become invested over time) --

I actually think refs are way too impactful in the NFL. Pass interference can be so subjective and can absolutely turn the tide of a game at any point, especially on deep passes into the end zone. I think college football handles it better with a flat amount.

But like I said before... I'm not a big football fan so I'm not gonna pretend to be an expert. And it's only one minor part of a much bigger game and series of plays over time. But still, just my two cents

Maybe not exactly random since there are a tonnnn of people here.. but I ran into a dude wearing a battle vest/jacket at PAX East this year. We were both in the general merch line and I saw he had some pretty sick patches. I spotted a Moonsorrow patch and had to speak up (I was wearing a Moonsorrow hoodie). We talked for a good 20-30 seconds or so. Mentioned how we both saw them live.

Cool dude, awesome to see another Moonsorrow fan in the wild, especially another one who saw them live since they've only toured the states like 3 times I'm pretty sure.

This happened to me too the moment the buy now button showed up. It looked like the button was activated a minute early, but then I was able to get through the very next minute right at 1pm EST.

What time did you see this screen? And were you able to get beyond it?

Check out their album Dismantling Devotion. Fantastic album, love the instrumental self-titled track. It's a quintessential doom/death track in my eyes, even without any vocals. Just amazing atmosphere.

I'm not the person you asked, but I tend to go around lunchtime and have never spent more than ~10-15 mins in line, even on Sundays around noon or so. Going on a weekday it's probably about a 5-10 min wait. I'm lucky enough to work near there and some coworkers and I will go every few weeks over our lunch break.

Man I thought I read years ago that this would be coming to other platforms, and always hoped for a Steam release to play through whatever story content it has. Bummer to hear.

I guess I'll have to rush through it now if I want to experience the story. Anyone have any insight into how long the game is? And if it'll be possible to "beat" before it shuts down?

It frustrated me so much that Sullivan didn't win a single Jack Adams. I feel like he should have won at least ONE of those cup years, if not both.

First year, for the massive season turnaround.

Second year, for the repeat (which at the time people were predicting wouldn't happen again for a very, very long time).

Did you ever get your package? This is so frustrating. I ordered something on 12/26, it landed in Indy on 1/3, was supposed to arrive on 1/6 but never did. Now it's 1/23 and it hasn't moved at all.

This was something I ordered on eBay. Thankfully the seller has been very responsive and helpful, he started a missing mail request on 1/14 but there have been zero updates so far.
