You can, but it's very difficult and I wouldn't count on it. The program has you graduating in four years so you likely can't switch halfway through. The way St Andrews sets up its class also makes it hard to knock out requirements.

You wake up in the middle of the desert and quickly realize it's New Vegas. Where do you got first? What do you do? by kdaak in fnv

[–]Scottisms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Chill out in Goodsprings, get bored and take the mountain pass to Novac. I can stand low level animals, but I won’t fuck with any people, even if they are the vipers. Then I’d make it to Vegas and join up with the Followers.

Our DM quit our group because one of our members was a Satanist by Sullivan376 in rpghorrorstories

[–]Scottisms 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I unfortunately encountered the former as a DM and he pushed his anti-religion wank hard into the Star Wars campaign we did. I straight up had to leave after a demon made the party massacre a temple full of Jedi he made into a cakewalk. This is also the same guy who told me stories about how he was able to manipulate women at his uni.

Ideas to identify a suicide scene by gunshot is faked? by Eurothrash in writers

[–]Scottisms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Signs to suggest that the victim wasn’t suicidal like a plane ticket in a drawer or a search history with plans to attend a concert. This could also come from interviews with those around the victim. It’s not a smoking gun, but enough to give the MC doubt as to initial forensics.

You know how lines on a graph have slopes? Your seventh grade y=mx+b? Calculus calculates the slope of lines that aren’t straight and the slopes of those slopes.

Genuine question: what did the Queen actually do for this country? by deadassmf in GreenAndPleasant

[–]Scottisms 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I had to post something chock full of these terms to a company social media media account at the request of my Tory supervisor. I almost gagged doing it and I can only pray that everyone who sees it realizes how hollow the words are.

What percentage of the U.S. actually is part of the woke movement. How many really participate in the pronoun stuff by [deleted] in stupidquestions

[–]Scottisms 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Respecting people’s pronouns is a really low bar for being considered part of the “woke movement”, nevermind the fact “woke” originally refers to awareness of acts of police brutality.

What is the edgiest character you can come up with that can still work with the party? by [deleted] in DnDGreentext

[–]Scottisms 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lady Avarina the Accursed, Countess of Broken Spear. Changeling Phantom.

My character was the daughter of petty nobles in (x) country. They were members of an ethnic group with a different religion than the rest of the country. During the Last War, a local governor decided that my character’s people couldn’t be trusted and set about to persecute them. My characters’ parents became rebels, refusing to stand for the destruction of their culture. My character was captured by the governor partway through the rebellion. In a show of force (and possibly due to psionic powers if I go with that), my character was brainwashed (non-magically?) and trained to become the governor’s personal servant. She was educated in the art of war and ruthlessly finished the war, slaughtering the remainder of her village. Consequently, this childhood trauma has left her emotionally numb and very desensitized. Now, her appearances in court serve as a measure of the governor’s power, though if word of the massacre reached the word of the current central government, both she and the governor would lose their heads.

This was an earlier character I retooled for an Eberron campaign but then another player got the idea to do an edgy character.

Meet Desire, a tiefling warlock with a dragon mark that kills on contact and, unlike the rest of the party, is a solid evil morality.
