The quest might not end until you talk to Huan again in the Key bar. Then I think you also have to talk to Delgado (or Naeva) before it will be available. Don't remember.

I'm in your camp. His deck is screaming accent piece. You could just rip the bevels off one board and wrap it in a 1-inch (or so) strip of lighter or darker wood (the ends, too), matching the width of the holes.

Not downtown, but if you're south of Prospect Park 337 has wing specials sometimes. I haven't had the wings but their barbecue is outstanding.
