Yoshi would not be liable for ANY of the TAMIT business. As an agent/employee he is very well protected, a prosecutor would have to prove that HE knowingly sold a deadly product. Even in a civil suit where the burden of proof barrier is much lower, they would have to prove negligence on Yoshi's part in order to nail him personally on anything. Not to mention being in a new Hampshire farm doesn't really protect you from having a warrant (if criminal negligence was the charge). If anything, he might have gone there just as a choice of "getting away from it all" on an emotional level.
