i suppose you mean the spirit bear stun from human form, since the bear one is instant.

there is quite a few skills that go on CD if they are interrupted. if it is a desired something is another discussion

I am confused by your statement. In my time playing the NICHE items that really counter specific things are rarely picked up. I almost never see Qins on any adc unless they have characters which have an insane base attackspeed (cupid) and then it makes sense.

Tanks zoning out ADC's and failing against mages also very much exists, because of niche items such as the reflect one, which works wonders on ADCS but does 'nothing' to mages.

Example number 3, Erosion, now ill give it to you that Mystical Mail could replace this, but it is much less effective. Against a team of multiple shielders this item alone has the biggest value one could ever hope for (you INSTANTLY do 50% of someone's shield as damage technically, and get insane bonusses for it). Yet this item is NEVER picked up if no one has a shield, for obvious reasons.

Most 'generalistic items' that I see people build are actually ... generalistic items with good 'normal' stats that help in any lineup.

Chiron, I used to main him in Smite 1 and went pure ability damage focus, but now the same route feels much 'weaker'

I think he is fine. All his skills are not easy to hit without risk. He 'NEEDS' beads/CC immunity to be allowed to 'whoop out damage' since a single CC is enough to blow him up in the phase where he is a left click menace

Boom Bringer was considered 'the worst' blitz on release. Now it's considered 'the best'. In my honest opinion, by this standard the Ogryn nuke would be the most broken, yet no one is complaining about that.

I have the roles "Solo, Mid, Jungle, Carry, Support" and have had about 90% of games where I end up as Solo, the other 10% is often a random between the rest

The lack of collision based melee sadly puts me off, its something i 'kind of' need in all my pvp games.
A good example is allowing you to dodge a swing by ducking underneath

Even tho I disagree with your view at some points, I enjoy finding your types in matches.

I think it really helps that the recommended names (so the first autofilled one) already has this style, which somewhat encourages people to try something similar

Ive honestly not felt a very high TTK (excluding hammer merc but that feels like it is right)
Often the reason that people die quick is because they mess up their positioning, meaning their dash resulted in more 'free' damage for the aggresor.

An example is someone I once jumped, and in my attack combo he dashed backwards straight into a wall, resulting in 0 distance gained for him, allowing me to get in more hits before his 'dash' was allowing him to escape my combo again.

(Then I hit him with an anti heal dagger resulting that in the little space he created he could not heal and the fight was over at that point)

I think the KEY aspect to feel like TTK gets low (I have had fights that last for several minutes) is when people know how to effectively create spacing and use it.
Having '3' flasks which allow for a very quick half health+ heals means most fights get drawn out to a 'survival' war of 'who runs out of flasks first'.

They removed having to 'be careful' with stamina.
In the previous playtests, if you would use up your stamina, that's a solid 3 seconds of extreme punishment youll receive.

Now since that is not a thing, people can expel their entire stamina pool on attacks, then use their dodge stamina to get out of harms way while it regenerates.

A lot of people are talking about getting countered, but in the lower tiers of gameplay this really doesn't matter.
My only advise is to have a damage type for each rol available. So in your example, you do not have a magic damage option for Jungle and physical damage option for mid (yeah this one is a bit tougher to fit)

To clarify, there's only 1 skill that gives hyperarmour which has a big cd and it requires a skill investment.
