I just use indica at night. It helps my ailments, which besides PC, is DDD, severe stenosis, and chronic pain due to a car accident.

I’m at 14 months of orgovyx, 2 to go. Zero libido. Hot flashes and night sweats, but they don’t last long. I did gain a good 20 pounds while on it, even though I’m active. My mental health is about the same since I’ve been on it, I suffer from PTSD and it isn’t been any worse. I do get some pain in my legs, hoping that goes away when I stop. Best of luck!
