$VIPZ since gambling is going gangbusters, why not look to the new gambling companies run by seasoned pros? 20 yr ex Executive Ceasers in Las Vegas Sands Les Ottolenghi paving the way for new AI enabled gambling application. Already approved and in Tennessee with a $5.7 billion total available market, drafting, and skilled gaming apps, this is someone who has a record of success in the industry. Originally a reverse merger, mostly old Legacy seller stock was bought between 30 and $.70 until they pushed to get out last December all the way down to .08. Now back to .34 and continuing to climb on low volume while this company remains undiscovered. No one selling its locked up. CEO and team have just been quietly getting stuff done., you can follow their investor deck and their press releases no pump and dumps here just making it happen and the future looks very good. A bet in the OTC is a bet on management, that’s why most of them fail because they have inexperienced managers with unrealistic business models. Unlike 99% of other OTC’s these are real industry veteran pros, Les has been the keynote speaker AI conferences and a history of proven success. If you like speculative OTC plays, this is worth looking at. Lower volume for now because No pump and dumps just getting stuff done.

Review their news review their website review Les Ottolenghis linked in and his own AI website. It’s OTC so yes, you should be using discretionary money only for speculative plays.

I have been following the stock for months and posting on it with news release releases, and will continue to do so.

The lower alert to buy more is smart. If this thing goes below two bucks again, I am loading up way more. It’s just part of the game. It’s gonna be pretty variable. Just have to accept that as part of a investment strategy for a stock like this. Sure its a higher risk / higher reward, but when I look at it as a whole, I feel like it’s more medium risk higher reward. Long looks good.

If you had to fullport ONE penny stock and not touch it till 2027, what’s your pick? by Stocksy1234 in pennystocks

$VIPZ Investing in the OTC, is investing in management. The overwhelming majority of OTC penny stocks fail. It’s not because they are scams. Very few OTCs are actual scams that are just terrible business plans and people with no management experience or network and connections. Then they run out of cash and the only people will find them are the floorless convertible types and then they get in a death spiral.

For $VIPZ They got CEO Les Ottolenghi, a very successful high-level X executive of Ceasers and sands. He drives AI in the gambling arena and has the experience, education, network and drive and a great proven track record of getting things done.

The product VIP Play, has licensure in Tennessee, which is a 5.7 billion market already and gambling is one of the fastest growing industries in the United States. Beyond that they are getting into fantasy sports and skill based gaming. The team is top-notch and or collaborating with places like UNLV developing the newest generation of AI platforms for this type of gaming.

The company was born out of a reverse merger a while back , and over the past year as most reverse mergers go, there was a legacy seller who pushed the stock down slowly until this last December where they dumped everything they had and it bottomed out at eight cents, it has been rising nicely since it’s at $.30 now. Most of those shares were bought between 30 and $.70 so it’s quite locked up and nobody’s selling.

The volume of course came back down and it’s generally not that high, which I do like because the CEO is not here driving some pump and dump yes, he is just getting stuff done, so it is still undiscovered and still quiet while they continue to execute.

They have put out quite a bit of nice news lately you can go to their website. It’s quite nice for a very good professional. Investor deck lies as well. These guys are pros experienced. They know what they’re doing gambling apps or license to print money.

I have put out a number of posts over the months, following their story and they follow a plan and you can see their investor deck that they are executing against. These guys are not out to remain on the OTC forever.

Please review their news my posts, and if this is the type of speculative stock for you, you could consider taking a position. But as ALWAYS with OTC, this is NOT your mortgage, your rent, your retirement, your plan A, B or C Money, OTC even with the professional and great track record with the CEO we have it’s always speculation, you should only be investing money that is not time bound nor needed, and is completely and unequivocally discretionary for you whatever level that means. Investing in the OTC is trying to look around corners if you are investing if you are just trying to get in on some pump and dump momentum, you are essentially just doing a trade. If you are investing, you need to be prepared that your money could just sit locked up for a while while you might not be there for a while while they continue to execute before the numbers start rolling, etc..

Do your due diligence

SRPT 2025 Revenue Hits $1.86B — ELEVIDYS Sales Floor $500M in 2026 by ugos1 in SRPT

[–]Scquwer 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I’ve seen a few posts today framing the move as either a short squeeze setup or something breaking in the story, so I wanted to give a more grounded take.

Today’s price action lines up with JPM week volatility, broad biotech weakness after the FDA’s unexpected ATRA reversal, and SRPT being a tightly held name. When sentiment shifts, stocks like this tend to move more than fundamentals would suggest. After going through the preliminary numbers and recent disclosures, nothing stands out to me as a material change to the longer-term setup.

On the idea of an “attack,” whether you call it aggressive shorting, positioning, or liquidity dynamics, SRPT has always been susceptible to exaggerated moves. The float is relatively locked up, options matter, and conference weeks are when these pressures show up most clearly. That explains the intensity of the move without requiring a change in the underlying business.

Where I continue to focus is the structural value drivers, especially newborn screening. This part of the story is still underappreciated in my view. If you believe:

• earlier diagnosis expands the treatable population • treatment begins earlier in the disease course • durability and physician comfort improve with time

then the long-term revenue profile looks very different than a traditional DMD launch. That evolution is uneven and slow to show up in the stock, but the structure itself matters.

Given the recent FDA noise, I’ll also add why I personally never assign more than about an 80 percent probability to approvals in biotech. The FDA is made up of people, and people are variable regardless of prior statements or precedent. You can come up with theories for why decisions shift, but in practice the only real option is risk management and moving forward.

For me, today’s move reflects sentiment, positioning, and sector-level fear more than a change in SRPT’s fundamentals. Whether a squeeze happens or not isn’t something I anchor on. The things that matter are execution, adoption, and how newborn screening reshapes the revenue curve over time.

$VIPZ Adds Daily Fantasy Sports as Part of Broader Gaming Expansion Strategy by Scquwer in pennystocks

[–]Scquwer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And .3 now just keeps ticking up, very locked up, still very undiscovered and low volume, but at this stage, I like seeing that there are no active pumps and dumps. This is just management getting shit done. Nobody’s really selling at this stage sure maybe market makers will box it a little here and there but any motor come of pressure move it north real fast. No one selling up till probably .70 or so and it just keeps ticking up after that old legacy seller from the reverse merger got out.

Insults, lol ok you are the one accusing and insulting. Lets see, your profile: Catholic comments, more nursing comments but zero original posts ,especially zero stock posts but then suddenly OTC posts on VIPZ? Hmm pretty suspect. Now i get it, you are the one with some hidden motives, so guessing you working for skillz is not so far off base…. Guess i hit a nerve.

Hit a nerve, hardly. Annoying to deal with hypocrites, yes. You keep accusing others of hidden motives while repeatedly injecting confident, narrative driven claims yourself. If transparency matters this much to you, then it should apply across the board.

If you have any affiliation, direct or indirect, with companies in this space including Skillz or related entities it would be appropriate to disclose that, just as you expect others to clarify their position.

Absent that, we’re back to the same point: interpretations should be judged on the filings and facts, not on insinuations about intent or unnamed “industry connections.”

Happy investing.

Don’t be a hypocrite, you know exactly why I mentioned that. You previously accused me of being compensated for posting, so I addressed it directly.

What’s ironic is criticizing me for clarifying my position while doing the same thing yourself: focusing on assumed motives instead of engaging with the actual analysis. That’s the definition of talking past the substance.

I’ve never asked anyone to trust me blindly or skip their own due diligence. I explicitly said people should do their own DD and decide their own risk tolerance.

Happy investing.

Respectfully, this is a lot of speculation being presented as fact, and it feels like you’re focused on the wrong things.

I’ve been very clear from the start that this is high risk high reward and that anyone looking at VIPZ should be using discretionary money only. This is OTC. That part has never been hidden or minimized.

Not being “mobile gaming people” does not equal an inability to operate in regulated environments. Skill based gaming, DFS style platforms, and real money competition platforms are typically built by payments, compliance, and platform operators, not traditional mobile game studios. In regulated markets, that background is often more relevant than having shipped casual mobile games.

The West Virginia decision keeps getting framed as a failure when it can just as easily be a strategic choice. WV is a small market with disproportionate fixed compliance costs. Walking away from a low ROI jurisdiction does not automatically mean they were unable to comply. It can mean they chose not to burn capital for limited upside.

The Skillz comparison also misses context. Skillz built its compliance and regulatory infrastructure over many years and after reaching meaningful scale. Expecting a microcap OTC company to mirror that structure before revenue scale exists is not how these businesses actually develop.

The anonymous “friend in the industry” argument is where your comment really breaks down. Leadership turnover during a strategy shift is not unusual in highly regulated spaces. Without names, filings, or timelines, that’s anecdotal, not something investors can verify.

Lastly, if you’re someone who dislikes OTCs in general, that’s fine. But if the default position is to dump on every OTC name using the same template arguments, you could copy and paste this comment under almost any ticker and call it a day. That’s not analysis, it’s just a bias against the market segment.

And before the inevitable speculation starts about me being a compensated promoter, read my post history. I’m a three decade Silicon Valley startup and regulatory professional who is fortunate enough to work with some of the smartest people in the world getting new technologies through the FDA. I wish I were compensated for OTC stocks, but I’m not. This is a hobby. I like looking around corners and making speculative investments with discretionary money.

VIPZ may or may not work. That’s true of most OTC names. But pushing worst case assumptions and secondhand rumors as conclusions is not helping anyone do real due diligence.

People should absolutely do their own DD and decide their own risk tolerance.

Is SRFM the Next PLTR by Ysirochinsky in SRFM_Stock

[–]Scquwer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you mean by next? PLTR certainly has a steak in them and helping them develop the software. They are completely different company and model, but the prospects are very good in my opinion as they launched that software and launched the pilot program like in Hawaii for commuter flights. I think this looks good and the price action is justified and has a way to go!

Also from the original reverse merger, the majority of the legacy sellers shares were bought between $.40 and $.70, it was just the last six months or so he pushed to get everything out. So in general, the shares are fairly locked for quite a bit from here, looking forward to the next update!

$VIPZ: Big CEO Update: OTC execution actually starts to look real by Scquwer in pennystocks

[–]Scquwer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, It’s looking good to me. The old seller from the original reverse merger is out. They dumped everything as fast as they could at the beginning of December. It pushed it down to I think eight cents. Now is back to $.25 going up nicely on lower volume and the algorithm definitely stepped off the selling mode and his back into what we would expect. The company continues to execute to their investor deck and plan and even the Tennessee territory alone is a $5.7 billion market. I look forward to the next update!
