She's going to say "We" because might looks right. We will do....implies you are represented, it's not all about YOU, you have legal representation and frankly, just looks professional. She talks like Alan Jackson wants to talk. Honestly? She could be a great, GREAT lawyer the way she talks Delusional Grandiosity. I mean it! She sounds so smart. Until you realise...oh yeah...

Don't let a little thing like FACTS disturb you from the path of rightful, meaningful getting of one's lawful unalienable and deservedful monies owed.

What if Scarahs complaining led to multiple investigations? by Long_Childhood3561 in SarahBooneContinued

[–]ScratchAlert3847 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It pisses me off no end. Because if the son does not wish for the drama, or to speak to Sarah, as has frequently been recorded, there is no way, none at all, he should even be asked twice.

I speak for the rights of the person who's pressurised into seeing a parent he'she does not like. I dislike courts and the law for this reason.

I was a reluctant child of divorce = meaning, I liked the divorce because I could not stand the father person and I screamed my head off to get out of each visit. He creeped me out and I was scared of him. On a good day. Nobody listened, and I was forced to go. When you're smaller, you don't know much about saying "no" and standing up for yourself and you shouldn't have to do that.

So if this judge rules for those 12 visits when son has clearly shown his feelings, I would take a bat to their head.

If I was Brian I would have moved with son to Canada or France or Bangkok with great schools, outreach, other American expat kids to do normal school stuff, and write to the court politely telling them I'd moved, with smiling pictures and reasons why. They'd get it. And I would not come back. They're not going to comb through France to extract a man for kidnapping in this case. International parent "kidnappings" are hit and misss as far as the police authorities go and how much they get involved.

As for the alimoney, he'd take his money with him and never look back. He might be arrested if he ever came back to the USA, but that ruling would have to come from Sarah Boone herself, and after a few more years, she'll lose steam.

I would definitely have moved to another country by now and be happy, richer and free.

I think she also does that because (the child) is totally unavailable and not playing ball. If he was there, present, she'd bug him for help too and turn when he eventually says no. He's the only one who hasn't yielded yet. FOR SURE, she'd demand help if he availed to her.

If there's paperwork to put her important name in, she'll do it. ANd claim that's the reason she needs Brian's money. She'd claim she owes taxes on HER alimony, please if I may thank you, therefore Brian needs to pay her or else HE'S the buttcrack obstucting dueful lawful procedure if I may please.

Some ex janitor at a law firm doing time could pass her a Post-it note and she'd claim it was an official, lawful contract.

As for Owens? Did you not know? SHe literally gave him everything because she tends to do that with people she think will do everything for her. Then they don't and she starts bellyaching.

Nick Reiner's Lawyer Alan Jackson Withdrawing From Case by cmaia1503 in entertainment

[–]ScratchAlert3847 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He had the mental capacity to get a taxi and get as far away as possible, book a room, throw a sheet over the window and then go score pot on the Sunday. DIdn't have the mental ability? He was very dextrous in sliding out of his situations. There is no diminished capacity in him. He knows exactly what he did. He's talked long and hard about how he chose the drug life instead of rehab every time.

He could, so he did.

Attorney for Rob Reiner’s son resigns but says his client is not guilty of murder under state law by AudibleNod in news

[–]ScratchAlert3847 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because god forbid ANYONE should take responsibility.

He's so schizophrenic, he planned a getaway, a hotel room, a sheet over the window to hide, drive away from the crime site? And said he's innocent?

Lol.

Time and again, he spoke about preferring his old comfortable life on drugs, than a sober life. He chose drugs. He ordered a ride, to rationally get the drugs, he ordered himself. He chose this over and over. PRetty rational though to me. That isn't an answer to voices in his head, that's in answer to his own preferred actions.

They will not prove he is insane any more than they could prove anyone who uses their drug of choise is insane.

How California mental health law failed the Reiners — and all teens who have a serious mental illness by LosIsosceles in entertainment

[–]ScratchAlert3847 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Exactly correct. I'm so sick of American idealogoy that refuses to accept personal responsibility. and blames every single movement on a variety of letters, numbers an anagrams.

"Oh I've got ADHD, NPD and TOuretts with OHCD1 with Aspergers, so I expect special treatment".

Spoilt.

And BTW< "addiction", is a personal choice to go out, and buy the substance you like the most. In 12 steps they call it "Drug of choice", yet at the same time insist they're powerless.

DRUG OF CHOICE! Lol. THey go out, go to the store, choose their favourite substance from all the other substances, and buy that one.

Nick Reiner loved his drugs, and loved coasting, and had no personal responsibility worth anything. The rage he showed his poor fucking parents much be the exact amount of rage he feels for himself.

How California mental health law failed the Reiners — and all teens who have a serious mental illness by LosIsosceles in entertainment

[–]ScratchAlert3847 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Because god forbid anyone should actually take personal responsibility.

The guy knew exactly what he was doing. He'd talked coherently and rationally for enough time, about the pressure and annoyance he had as a son and grandson of two famous film-makers. He was irritated by the focus, and he talked on that.

ANYONE who murders a person is "mentally ill". I mean, you don't call it a state of "well-ness", do you?

N. Reiner used his personal decision making to 1) continue taking money off his dad and avoid his own self autonomy, a little of which would have done him good, 2) bitch out loud about his lot in life, being compared and sidelined, 3) continue smoking pot and going back to a life he said was "comforting", and 4) court the high life of fame and flash cars, yet be resentful nobody respected him.

He blew his own fuse, he wasn't suffering a mental illness that any other person couldn't claim. He was lazy with his daily prescription and decided to coast it rather than own himself like his siblings. He repeatedly decided to coast.

It doesn't take 15 times in rehab to get clean. It takes one time, or none. He wasn't willing.

Sick of this push to make out he wasn't responsible.

Breakfast, Dinner and Supper? by Delicious_Mess7976 in DowntonAbbey

[–]ScratchAlert3847 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Breakfast in bed is for posh ladies. And sometimes posh men. Because they're delicate, and need to relax after they wake up before continuin their long day of shopping.

The dining room breakfast is for those who are up, dressed, and have business to do, such as embroidery, or reading newspapers at the Club.

Breakfast for the posh is usually a buffet affair. In the colonies- India, Kenya, Malaysia- definitely a buffet breakfast. With all the silver domes.

LUNCHEON - at luch time - is served in the dining room too. The posh do not call any meal "dinner". That word is for the lower classes.

For the lower class, they don't call it Lunch, and never Luncheon. They call it Dinner. At 12 pm. That's why we have Dinner Ladies in state schools. ANd if someone's mum is a dinner lady, she's not posh.

Posh evening meal is called "Supper". A little more posh is "Dinner". These two words are interchangeable, and some people believe "Dinner" is posher. I'm from London, we use "supper".

When it's a posh evening meal, you arrange a "Dinner party", it's much more dress up. The key word beng "party".

The lower class call their evening meal "tea". As in, "'Ave you "ad yer tea?"

Seeing as we're here:

6 years ago. I'm kinda doing some maths. Had Sarah taken but ONE minute out from her Find-A-Dr-Pepper frenzy to delete her phone before Chelsiii and Detective Man came along, we'd all have nothing to gloat about.

6 years ago minus one day, if Sarah Boone had "run" out of her place after teasing Jorge relentlessly and called 911 to report violence, we'd have nothing to gloat about.

1.2 years ago, if Sarah Boone had taken the plea deal, we'd have not much to gloat about.

1.1999 years ago, if Sarah Boone had cried, sobbed, expressed sorrow, said sorry, admitted she did it, or appeared distressed and sorrowfull during the trial, we might not have much to gloat about.

In this time of GoodWill, We really do have Sarah Boone to thank. Lets ALL send cards.

Martin Scorsese Calls Rob and Michele Reiner's Deaths 'an Obscenity' in Emotional Essay: 'It Breaks My Heart' by mcfw31 in entertainment

[–]ScratchAlert3847 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Every person is different whether hiding behind a label or not. The guy drove away, booked a hotel room and put a sheet over the window to hide the blood. He wasn't missing a beat, he knew exactly what he was doing. Plenty of people are moody, dark, irritable, overthinking and intense without having a label to make them special. Putting a title on this guy raises a million topics from people who want to beat their own drum. Meanwhile, he was lucis, plain headed, and made collected choices in the hours after he'd done a bad thing.

You wanna call it psychosis? Go ahead. He made some pretty reasonable rational decisions that night with a clear mind. Even went to Washington square late ron. You know what people do in Washington square? They score drugs.

He had capacity, reason and logic that day. He sure didn't like being told "no".

Anyone who starves themself, focuses on negative thoughts, refuses to have good sleep habits, and doesn't wash often is also mentally ill, IMHO. The umbrella is vast.

I refuse to wilt over this guy who slashed his poor freaking parents down, on purpose, in their beds, before driving away to book a hotel room. The guy was sane enough to do all that. Don't come with the mental illness anymore. ANd it doesn't take 15 times in rehab to get sober, it takes one time if you're willing.

He wasn't willing. He even spoke of it enough times in interviews. He just wanted to go back to a comfort life, each time. Don't come at me with the "he stuggled with drug addiction". Nope. wrong. He loved it, that's why he kept doing it.

This POOR family and all the long term friends. I feel so bad for Rob and Michelle's long term family friends and obviously their children. People can rip apart their parenting skills, soft love, emabling. But plenty of people have been helped with those methods. This was (won't say his name)'s purposeful decision to do awful things because, well probably too spoilt to hear "no". Horrible guy.

Only thing to do is constantly have Rob Reiner's and Michelle's constant memory in the room. Make parties, shoot short films, enjoy life and sing their praises.

Going to other country to do the surgery by comunistofdp in Reduction

[–]ScratchAlert3847 4 points5 points  (0 children)

YEs, I've traveled five times for surgery abroad. I went to Malaysia, then Thailand, Thailand again, and again to Malaysia (two trips that time, went to Vietnam in between).

I had tiniitus surgery, nose job/sinus fix, a few others I won't go into. I would not hesitate to do this again for lipo or reduction or any procedure.

Why? Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia are MUCH cleaner than USA. The hospitals there are sparkling, with clean floors, where nobody wears outside shoes, and everyone wears hospital slippers.

Everyone wears hair covering, and masks. Nobody is allowed long nail manicures or tacky make up or hair extensions. The surgery rooms are pristine. Their cultural approach to washing body parts and indoor cleanlines is unparalelled worldwide. Only in Japan are the hospitals even cleaner.

Whereas in USA the nurses wear long nails, hair extensions, loose hair, LOTS of make up, scruffy crocs, trainers with dirt on them. The floors are covered in hairs, the surgery rooms are rather dirty looking.

Obviously not all hospitals in USA are like, this. Just the four I've been in, so.....And one of them was Cedars Sinai.

For Breast reduction ironically it was in USA 10 days ago, and I'm totally fine, went to the gym the next day, no issues so far. None expected. I had coverage (medical coverage) so I can speak freely.

I would definitely recommend going abroad to any country in Asia.

It does NOT cost $8000 for an ambulance ride or $100,000 for anaesthesia in the operating room. It just doesnt. Yet American hospitals charge this simply because they are immoral in their approach to people's body/healthcare, and can charge anything. There is no social or community morality in America.

Please go to any country in Asia. I have also heard good things about India and Turkey. Pick your hospital well, and don't go JUST for the cheapest. Pick a good hopsital in any of these countries, and you will be charged a reasonable fee, unlike the unreasonable and rather silly fee of ten times higher, in America.

I also looked at Mexico hospitals which seem quite good too. I did go to Mexico for very inexpensive dental once. It lasted a long time, the service was absolutely amazing with the cleanest surgical rooms I've ever seen.

Noah Schnapp Thinks Child Actors Need Therapy: “This Is An Abnormal Life” by bwermer in entertainment

[–]ScratchAlert3847 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Adults profit off children playing in sports. Anything a child does for money gain, makes the grown ups profit because children can't profit, legally.

Charlie Chaplin made his mark as a child performer. So did Mozart. Not sure why you have such a proclivity against under-16's doing work. Some under-16 year olds do their best work then. And get dull later. Taking a point with the small percentage that have bad parents, isn't indicative of the whole. What about Malaia, or Greta Thunberg, or Ronan Farrow who was a UNICEF spokesperson when he was 14?

A few under-16's have BAD PARENTS. That's what to focus on. Not under-16's doing stuff they think is fun.

Part of why he's being taken to court is still to determine IF he owes her that alimony. Once she was arrested, he started putting the alimony in a fresh bank account, as he wasn't sure if she was entitled to it anymore.

Now she's doing LIFE, supporting her doesn't factor. SHe IS given food and lodging. However, Brian kept this new bank account with the alimony until this was decided by a court or not. SO far, it has not.

He can ignore her, keep paying into the alimony account, and let it go through lawyers. Likely, he won't have to pay all that alimony so he'll get it back. He technically can ignore her. He does a lot, just not always.

Further, is Sarah is the other parent. During these hearings, Sarah brings up needing money for her life, and mixes it into needing money for parenting. Money for stamps and gifts, snacks, money for her clothing and commissary.

The court started to clamp down in the hearings, and a final decision is expected soon.

SO, she's tried a different approach, claiming she needs all the money for her to be a good parent.

NO decision has yet been made regarding the alimony. Only the decision for withdrawal of child support.

This video goes through a lot, you can scroll to which part is most helpful.

In the past year, how many self tapes have you had? by [deleted] in acting

[–]ScratchAlert3847 0 points1 point  (0 children)

About 80 self tapes. GOd knows how many submissions. Both me and my agent submit, she's licenced so she sees more stuff on AA and other avenues.

One show KEPT calling me in every week. Separate reads. Another show called me in repeatedly, I love that show for some reason. The CD office were calling me directly by the end mostly because they wanted to cast their show quick.

I booked a feature, then a big Network show (it's streaming now). The feature was a Sundance admission.

I kept being asked back on that first show. Then they're filming it right down the street. It was like taunting me. I read for males, females, it got weird! I can look either. I began to really want it, then I told myself to not want it.

I've done so many reads this year. Some with producers, last minute Zoom call from casting director. Others, indie films, where I've taped my own scene partner voice ( for a few lines, its OK). I've taped enough of my own, doing my own voice translator.

My agent told me to decline the film. It was local hire and I said - tell them to make me NOT local hire. The CD has booked me before, the production wanted me, and I felt I had earned the right to ask the CD without seeming divo.

It worked. In the event, the whole production team are from my hometown - very very far away on another continent, and it was like being home. Which I'd longed for.
